摘要:
An electric-arc welding process for assembling parts that are components of a motor vehicle, in which a consumable wire is used that is subjected to a cyclic mechanical movement. The wire is moved closer to and then further away from the parts to be welded so as to create a short arc between the end of the consumable wire and at least one of the parts to be joined. In this way, molten metal is deposited in order to progressively produce a welded joint between the parts.

The invention relates to a wire-guide/nozzle assembly (11, 13) for an electric arc welding torch, comprising at least one nozzle (11) for delivering gas and at least one wire-guide system (13) for guiding at least one consumable wire, characterized in that the downstream end (20) of the wire-guide system (13) runs into the nozzle (11). The peripheral wall of the nozzle (11) has at least one cut-out (10) through which the wire-guide system (13) passes. The wire-guide system (13) is fastened to the nozzle (11). The TIG welding torch comprises a wire-guide/nozzle assembly (11, 13).

摘要:
The invention relates to a process for the arc welding of at least one metal workpiece to a matrix comprising at least one brazed zone, the braze of which contains copper and phosphorus, in which (a) at least one layer of an alloy containing copper and more than 1% tin by weight is deposited on at least one part of the brazed zone and (b) the metal workpiece is welded to the said at least one layer of copper/tin alloy deposited in step (a). The invention relates to a process for manufacturing a brazed copper heat exchanger using the at least one layer of copper/tin alloy. The brazed copper heat exchanger may be used in the cryogenic separation of gases.
摘要:
The invention concerns a method for arc-welding of at least a metal workpiece (1) on a matrix (2) comprising at least a brazed zone (3) whereof the brazing contains copper and phosphorus, which comprises the following steps: (a) producing on at least part of the brazed zone (3), a deposition of at least a layer (5, 6, 7) of pure copper or of a copper alloy for which the phosphorus solubility limit is between about 0.1 and 3.5% at solidification temperature; and (b) welding the metal workpiece (1) on said at least one copper layer (5, 6, 7) deposited in step (a). The invention also concerns a method for making a brazed heat exchanger using such a welding process. The invention further concerns the resulting heat exchangers and their use in cryogenic gas separation, in particular air separation in a cryogenic separating unit.

The invention relates to a braze-welding or arc-welding method using a TIG torch equipped with a non-consumable electrode (1) and a consumable filler wire (2) of a given diameter, wherein the transfer of metal to the welded joint occurs in successive droplets of molten metal deposited at a frequency of between 20 Hz and 90 Hz, and the size of said drops is between 1, 2, and 4 times the diameter of the consumable wire.
