摘要: The present invention enables even a beginner to acquire the technique easily and perform suitable spot welding, and achieves improved workability, improved welding quality, improved productivity, and the like. The present invention includes a torch body 2 for passing a shielding gas, a tungsten electrode rod 5 inserted into the torch body 2 and connected to a cathode, a constricted nozzle 6 for supporting a distal end portion of the tungsten electrode rod 5 concentrically, defining a gas passage 6e between the tungsten electrode rod 5 and the constricted nozzle 6 for flowing a shielding gas G, and discharging the shielding gas G from the constricted nozzle 6 at a higher speed than the shielding gas G discharged from the distal end of the torch body 2, and a cylindrical electrode nozzle 7 having conductivity arranged concentrically with the tungsten electrode rod 5 on the outer circumference of the constricted nozzle 6, connected to the anode via a ground cable 18, and configured to have a tapered shape at a distal end portion, wherein the tapered distal end portion is located further outside than the distal end portion of the tungsten electrode rod 5, gas vent ports 7c and 7d of the shielding gas G are provided on the electrode nozzle 7.

摘要: A method and apparatus for providing welding type power on one of at least two output terminals is disclosed. Input power is received and welding type power is derived and provided by a shared power circuit. The welding type power is provided across a shared terminal and only two process terminals in response to a desired process. The desired process can be set bu user input, feedback, or sensing working connections. The process terminal is selected by selectively opening and closing at least two controllable switches.

The repositionable temperature sensor is configured to detect temperatures corresponding to a workpiece and to provide temperature data corresponding to the detected temperatures. The welding system also includes a power supply configured to receive the temperature data from the temperature sensor. The power supply is configured to modify control of an output of the power supply based on the detected temperature.

In the TIG welded joint, the high-Mn content steel material has a chemical composition including, by mass %, C: 0.10 to 0.80%, Si: 0.05 to 1.00%, Mn: 18.0 to 30.0%, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.0070% or less, Al: 0.010 to 0.070%, Cr: 2.5 to 7.0%, N: 0.0050 to 0.0500%, and O: 0.0050% or less, the balance being Fe and incidental impurities, and a weld metal has a chemical composition including C: 0.10 to 0.80%, Si: 0.05 to 1.00%, Mn: 15.0 to 30.0%, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.030% or less, Al: 0.100% or less, Cr: 6.0 to 14.0%, and N: 0.100% or less, the balance being Fe and incidental impurities.

摘要: A build-up welding method is disclosed in which a welding torch is guided along a metallic workpiece and at least one melting wire serving as a build-up material is fed at an infeed speed into the arc between at least one non-melting electrode of the welding torch and the workpiece. In order to achieve a build-up welding method with higher build-up speeds in comparison to the prior art, it is proposed for the non-melting electrode positioned normal to the workpiece to be guided along the workpiece and for the fed wire to also be moved back and forth along its infeed direction.

摘要: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of welding materials, and in particular relates to a Fe—Ni based alloy welding wire for welding 800H alloy and a preparation method thereof and a method for welding 800H alloy. The Fe—Ni based alloy welding wire for welding 800H alloy provided by the present disclosure has a reasonable chemical components, and after being used to weld 800H alloy, the obtained weld has a tensile strength of 557.6 MPa and an elongation of 37.5% at ambient temperature, and has a tensile strength of 420 MPa and an elongation of 17.25% at a temperature of 650° C.

摘要: A welding torch includes a torch body and at least one device for feeding a consumable welding wire towards the tool center point that has an attachment device for attachment to the torch or an element connected thereto. A base support, which is connected to the attachment device, includes at least two deflection elements for guiding the wire towards the center point. The at least two deflection elements are arranged on the base support so that a first wire path length from the last deflection element located closest to the center point to the center point is shorter than a second wire path length between the last deflection element and a further deflection element as viewed counter to a main wire feed direction, and so that the arcuate wire has a greater segment height along the second path length than the segment height along the first path length.
