    摘要: A spooling tool for paying out a fiber optic cable prewound on a spool region of a drop box or on an associated spool, when installing a cable at a user's premises. In one embodiment, the tool includes a base plate and a stud projecting from one side of the plate. An elongate arbor has one end secured to the stud in such a manner as to support the arbor perpendicular to the base plate. The arbor is dimensioned to pass through an axial passage in the box so that the box pivots on the arbor when the cable is unwound by an installer. A cap mechanism at the opposite end of the arbor retains the drop box on the arbor, and applies enough drag on the box to inhibit it from free wheeling on the arbor.

    摘要: An electrical connector (100) is provided for mating with a mating connector and includes an insulator (21) having a plurality of passageways (213) defined therein and a number of conductive contacts (22) received in the passageways. Each conductive contact includes a rear fixing portion (221), a front contacting arm (224) projecting beyond the insulator and a spring portion (223) elastically connecting the contacting arm to the fixing portion. The contacting arm has a pair of contacting fingers (225) angled outwardly in a front end thereof. The spring portion is flexed to permit the contacting arm to move in a first direction. Simultaneously, the contacting fingers are forced to move outwardly in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and wipe along mating contacts 5 of the mating connector.

    摘要: A control circuit for a switched mode power supply includes a transconductance amplifier circuit for receiving a voltage signal related to a current from an input of the power supply and producing a first signal, an analog signal processor coupled to the amplifier circuit for receiving the first signal and a second signal from the input of the power supply and a third signal from an output of the power supply. The analog signal processor is configured to produce a fourth signal as a function of the first, the second, and the third signals. An adder circuit is coupled to the fourth signal and a dimmer control signal, and the adder circuit is configured to output a fifth signal. A comparator circuit is coupled to the adder circuit for providing a control signal to a power transistor that controls current flow in the power supply based on comparison of the fifth signal and a reference signal.

    摘要: The invention provides an injection molding method of stone-based composite material and equipment thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: a. putting raw materials into a charging device and then pushing the raw materials into a preforming machine barrel of a preforming device by a pressing component in the charging device; b. keeping the temperature being between 15° C. and 55° C. and compacting the raw materials with the rotation of a preforming screw and transporting the raw materials into a collecting block; c. injecting the raw materials into a mold through a mold gate under the injection force of 50 Mpa to 180 Mpa; d. keeping the temperature of the mold between 140° C. and 200° C. and curing time between 40 seconds and 300 seconds; and e. opening the mold to get the product. The invention has the advantages of simple production process, high acceptance rate of products manufactured, high production efficiency and low production cost. The product has the advantages of high mechanical strength, good fire resistance, thermal stability, corrosion resistance and electrical property, low cost and the like. The product is capable of substituting the majority of thermoset plastics and thermoplastics, thus reducing the usage amount of plastic products and providing powerful support and safeguard for creating resource-conservation and environment-friendly industry.
