摘要: A liquid jetting pump of the present invention is constructed such that an intra container liquid is sucked into a cylinder 3 through a suction valve 9 by moving a vertically movable member 4 up and down, and the intra cylinder liquid is jetted out of a nozzle 29 through a discharge valve 31 from a stem 28. A plurality of ribs 10 are protruded in a peripheral direction from a lower edge part within the cylinder. Engagement recessed portions 11 are formed in inner parts of the upper surfaces of the ribs. A lower edge of a coil spring 38 for biasing the vertically movable member 4 is secured to each of the engagement recessed portions 11, thereby permitting a flow of liquid on both sides of the lower edge of the spring internally externally.

摘要: A spray unit that is attached to an opening at a neck portion of a container for spraying a liquid material in the container, including: a cylinder unit composed of a large-diameter air cylinder and a small-diameter liquid cylinder having a valve hole and an operating member. The operating member is composed of a large-diameter cylindrical piston, a stem having a check valve, and a press-down head having a spray nozzle hole. The liquid is to be sprayed when the operating member is pressed down. When the operating member is pressed down, a liquid flow-out path and an air ejecting path come together via a small gap inside the spray nozzle hole. The spray unit further includes a flow rate control valve is composed of a valve seat provided at an upper face of a valve hole of the liquid cylinder and a valve body arranged above the valve seat to be seated on or released from the valve seat. At least one of the valve seat and the valve body is provided with a small flow path that is not closed even when the valve body sits on the valve seat and that always communicates the interior of the container with the interior of the liquid cylinder, and the flow rate control valve is provided with a large flow path that is opened when the valve body is released from the valve seat and closed when the valve body sits on the valve seat. The sectional area of the small flow path is smaller than an open area of the valve hole of the air cylinder and that of the valve hole of the check valve provided inside the stem. The combination overcomes the delay in ejecting the liquid.

摘要: A trigger-type liquid dispenser comprises a mounting sleeve (2) to be fitted onto a neck portion of a container body, a vertical sleeve (2a) erected from the mounting sleeve (2), an ejecting sleeve (3) projected forwardly from an upper end portion of the vertical sleeve (2a), a cylinder (4) projected forwardly from a middle portion of the vertical sleeve (2a), a plunger (6) slidably engaged in the cylinder (4) and being urged forwardly, a trigger (5) swingably attached to a front portion of the ejecting sleeve (3), a rear surface of an upper portion of the trigger (5) being engaged with an front end portion of the plunger (6), a nozzle fitting sleeve (7) fitted to a front end portion of the ejecting sleeve (3), and a nozzle head (8) rotatably fitted to an outer surface of the nozzle fitting sleeve (7), said nozzle head (8) being formed with a nozzle hole (10). Liquid stored in the container body is sucked up and ejected through the nozzle hole (10) by pulling the trigger (5) rearwardly. An arm (21) is projected rearwardly from an outer surface of the nozzle head (8). A first engaging portion (23) is provided at an upper portion of the trigger (5). A second engaging portion (26) is provided at a front surface of a lower portion of the cylinder (4). When the trigger (5) is positioned at its front-most position and the nozzle head (8) is rotated, a part of the arm (21) is detachably engaged with the first engaging portion (23), another part of the arm (21) is detachably engaged with the second engaging portion (26), so that the plunger (6) can not move rearwardly even if a user attempts to pull the trigger (5).

摘要: A liquid jetting pump sucks a container liquid into a cylinder (3) through a suction valve (9) by moving a vertically movable member (4) up an down. The liquid is jetted out of a nozzle (29) through a discharge valve (31) of stem (28). A plurality of ribs (10) are provided at a lower edge part of the cylinder. Engagement recessed portions (11) are formed on upper surfaces of the ribs. A lower edge of a coil spring (38) biases the vertically movable member (4) upward. The coil spring is secured to each of the engagement recessed portions (11). Passageways (50) permit a flow of liquid on both sides of the lower edge of the spring.

摘要: An improved pump is provided that is capable of achieving excellent back suction function by using a depression head, without compromising the ease of depression operations of the head due to the additional function. The pump includes a depression head and an annular piston. The depression head is urged upward and is relatively displaceable with respect to the stem. When depressed, a lever member of the depression head operates to open a discharge opening. An annular piston opens a discharge valve, in an uppermost displacement position and closes the discharge valve in a lowermost displacement position. Back suction is caused due to a negative pressure state occurring in the stem until the discharge valve seat is closed by the annular piston during upward displacement of the stem.
