In a plan view, the operation surface has a rectangular contour including a plurality of sides and a plurality of corner portions. When each point at which extensions of adjacent two of the plural sides cross each other is defined as a virtual intersection, and when an intersection at which respective diagonals linking the virtual intersections cross each other is defined as a virtual center, the contour of the corner portion crosses the diagonal that passes through the virtual intersection and the virtual center, at a point between the virtual intersection in the vicinity of the corner portion and the virtual center. The corner portions is a specific corner portion having an intersection with the diagonal at a position closer to the virtual center than the adjacent two corner portions.

    摘要: A resistor board for attenuating a signal, includes: a first signal section for receiving the signal; a second signal section for outputting the signal; and at least two signal lines disposed between the first signal section and the second signal section. Each of the signal lines includes a first resistor section, a first signal transmission section, and a second resistor section respectively arranged in series. The first resistor section and the second resistor section are formed of a first resistor layer. The first signal transmission section is formed of the first resistor layer and a first metal layer. The resistor board further includes a ground section for attenuating the signal, and a first ground line disposed between the ground section and at least one of the signal lines. The first ground line includes a third resistor section formed of the first resistor layer.

    摘要: A contact structure is formed with no voids in an interlayer insulation film and good surface planarity. A first insulation film (21) formed of p-TEOS is deposited to cover a substrate (1) and wires (4) formed on the substrate (1). A second insulation film (22) which is coating glass is formed by SOG. The surface is etched back from the opposite side to the substrate (1); therefore, the second insulation film (22) is etched. The etching is stopped at the point where the surface (21a) of the first insulation film (21) on the wires (4) is exposed. This ensures good surface,planarity. A third insulation film (23) is stacked on top of the second insulation film (22), and portions of the third insulation film (23) above the wires (4) are isotropically etched to form openings (51). At this time, the isotropic etching does not extend over the second insulation film (22).

    摘要: A method of preparing molten glass in a melting tank of the continuous type by utilizing, as part of the ingredients, waste glass which may be either pulverized cullet of chopped glass fiber and may comprise an organic substance detrimental to the color or other properties of the molten glass. The waste glass and other raw materials are fed to molten glass in the tank continuously but separately such that the waste glass is remelted without contacting the unmelted raw materials and that remelting of the waste glass is preceded by burning of any organic substance possibly adhered to the waste glass fed to the tank and dissipation of the resultant combustion gas.
