    摘要: A monitored device in a monitoring system sends a notification indicating device ID of a real computer and a real-MAC address thereof in advance to a monitoring device. The monitored device determines the real-MAC address corresponding to the computer in advance on the basis of the real-MAC address and an IP address of the computer and, when a failure occurs in any of the computers, also sends a notification indicating failure information including the virtual-MAC address and the IP address to the monitoring device. The monitoring device in the monitoring system obtains the real-MAC address on the basis of the IP address and the virtual-MAC address in the failure information, groups the failure information on the basis of the obtained real-MAC address, correlates the grouped failure information with the device ID, and outputs the correlated ID.

The relay apparatus transmits the connection check mail with the relay apparatus ID attached thereto to the monitoring apparatus. When stopping the monitoring of the terminal apparatus under the control of the relay apparatus, the relay apparatus transmits to the monitoring apparatus monitoring stop instruction mail with the relay apparatus ID attached thereto.

The linear motor actuator includes: a base plate (2) to be fixed to another mechanical apparatus; a plurality of linear guides (3) disposed parallel to each other on the base plate (2); a table plate (4), which is supported by the plurality of linear guides (3) and freely reciprocates above the base plate (2); a magnet unit (51) provided on the table plate (4); and a coil unit (50) provided on the base plate (2) so as to be opposed to the magnet unit (51) to form a linear motor (5). The base plate (2) and the table plate (4) are each made of a material having a coefficient of linear expansion of 11×10−6 (1/° C.) or less, and a difference is provided between the coefficients of linear expansion of the base plate (2) and the table plate (4).
