    摘要: A method and system for using an Internet client's local authentication mechanism in systems having updated browser code, so as to enable third party authentication according to an authentication scheme specified by a participating server on clients with updated browser code, while not breaking clients with legacy browser code. A redirect response from a server has authentication data added thereto such that updated browser code can detect the data's presence and enable the use of local security mechanisms for authentication purposes with the server-specified authentication scheme, including local credential entry for verification at a third party login server. At the same time, if such a redirect response is received by prior browser code, the added data is ignored while conventional redirection occurs, such that third party authentication may be performed via redirection to a third party's Internet page that provides a form for credential entry.

    摘要: Video encoder systems and methods are described that employ table-based content classification. One or more tables relate quantization parameters and P-points for a frame of video that typically comprises macroblocks. A deviation representative of a difference between original and decoded versions of a macroblock is determined, the deviation being further representative of a distribution frequency of the value of a distortion for a P-point. The P-point corresponds to a distortion value that is associated with a minimum rate difference between encoding modes for a macroblock. A motion complexity index is updated using a quantization parameter and non-zero coefficients of the encoded frame. An encoding mode for the macroblock can be retrieved from the tables using the motion complexity index to reference mode information maintained in the tables.

    摘要: An internal gettering process for a Czochralski silicon wafers comprises: (1) heating a Cz silicon wafer to 1200-1250° C. at a heating rate of 50-100° C./s under a nitrogen atmosphere, maintaining for 30-150 seconds, cooling the Cz silicon wafer to 800-1000° C. first at a cooling rate of 5-50° C./s, and then cooling the Cz silicon wafer naturally; (2) annealing the Cz silicon wafer obtained in the step (1) at 800-900° C. under an argon atmosphere for a period of 8-16 hours. The present invention only involves two heat treatment steps which require lower temperature and shorter time comparing to the conventional processes. The density of the bulk microdefects and the width of the denuded zone can be easily controlled by the temperature, duration and cooling rate of rapid thermal processing in the first step.

    摘要: An exemplary camera module includes a lens mount, a lens unit, a magnet unit, a printed circuit board (PCB)-based Rogowski coil and a blade spring. The PCB-based Rogowski coil is fixed around the lens unit. The PCB-based Rogowski coil establishes an induced magnetic field when an electric current is applied thereto. The induced magnetic field interacts with the magnet unit to generate a magnetic force moving the lens unit telescopically. The blade spring includes a plurality of ribs. Each rib includes a moveable end connected with the lens unit and an opposite fixed end. The moveable end moves together with the lens unit with respect to the fixed end to cause the ribs to distort and generate an elastic force. The lens unit stops at a focal position when the magnetic force and the elastic force come to a balance.

    摘要: Video encoders, systems and methods are described that characterize video encoding processes using a ρ-domain deviation metric. The deviation metric represents a weighted difference between actual non-zero coefficients and the expected non-zero coefficients, the actual and expected coefficients corresponding to quantization of a macroblock in a video frame during video encoding of the frame. The deviation metric is used to adjust the video encoding process to obtain an optimized encoding bit rate for a desired video encoding quality by selecting a quantizing parameter based on a normalized value of the deviation metric. The quantizing parameter can be selected from a table indexed using the deviation metric.
