    摘要: In a method of applying a firmly adhering metallic coating onto a profiled structure of steel sheet, a profiled structure of steel sheet is fogged in with metal powder in a treatment chamber. The metal powder is deposited electrostatically across the surface of the profiled structure. The profiled structure is then subjected to a heat treatment for realizing a coating as a consequence of a diffusion process between the steel sheet and the metal powder. Subsequently, the profiled structure is cooled down.

    摘要: A transmission tunnel, in particular for installation in a motor vehicle body, is produced by hot-forming and press-hardening a sheet steel blank, and has a first region which underwent heat treatment, a second region which is not heat-treated, and a transition zone between the first and second regions. The transition zone is hereby defined by a width which is smaller than or equal to 50 mm. At least one component can be coupled to the transmission tunnel to form a floor assembly.

    摘要: A blank cut from a strip of hardenable hot-formed steel is heated in a furnace to a temperature which is smaller than an Ac3 transformation point in an iron carbon diagram. A first region of the blank is then heated in a conductive heating station to a temperature above the Ac3 transformation point and subsequently hardened in a hot forming and hardening tool to produce a steel part with at least two microstructured regions of different ductility.

    摘要: A method for producing a structural and/or safety-related motor vehicle component having at least one hot-formed and press-hardened part constructed from high-strength steel includes the steps of partially heat-treating a region of the motor vehicle component by heating the region to a heat-up temperature in a temperature range between 500° C. and 900° C.; maintaining the heat-up temperature for a duration of a holding time; and cooling down from the heat-up temperature in one or more phases. A body component constructed as a structural and/or safety-related motor vehicle component from a steel sheet blank that has been hot-formed and press-hardened includes joining flanges and/or coupling locations and/or safety-related parts, wherein the joining flanges, coupling locations and/or safety-related parts are partially heat-treated in several steps with the disclosed method.
