A blowing mould array includes a blowing mould unit forming a cavity, inside of which plastic preforms are expanded to plastic containers. The blow mould unit includes a blowing mould retainer having at least two mould retainer elements for accommodating parts of the blowing mould unit, and a locking mechanism to arrest at least one part of the blowing mould unit against at least one mould retainer element. The locking mechanism includes an engagement element that can be pivoted and/or shifted relative to a default axis, which in an arrested state abuts a segment of a part of the blowing mould unit. The locking mechanism has an actuating element to loosen the arrest between the mould retaining element and the blowing mould unit. Actuation of the actuating element is coupled with actuation of the engagement element.

A container treatment plant and a method for the treatment of containers are described. The container treatment plant includes a plurality of treatment elements, wherein each treatment element is used for a pre-determined treatment of the containers and each treatment element has associated therewith a container nominal value which indicates which type of container the treatment element can treat, a detection device for detecting properties of one of the containers to be treated, and a comparator device for comparing a detection result of the detection device with the container nominal value for at least one treatment element.

The invention relates to a method for processing plastic preforms (10) and/or plastic containers (20) by means of at least one first processing apparatus (2), which processes the plastic containers (10, 20) in a first specified manner, and by means of at least one second processing apparatus (4), which processes the plastic containers (10, 20) in a second specified manner and which is arranged before or after the first processing apparatus (2), wherein the plastic containers (10, 20) are transported from one processing apparatus (2, 4) to the other processing apparatus (2, 4) by means of a transport apparatus (5) and the at least first processing apparatus (2) and the at least second processing apparatus (4) are coupled to each other, the first treatment apparatus (2) is a blow-molding machine (25) for shaping plastic preforms (10) to form plastic containers (20), and the process speed of the blow-molding machine (25) is defined by means of a specification, which contains a plurality of process parameters that are characteristic of the shaping process. According to the invention, the process parameters associated with at least one further process speed are at least partially determined on the basis of at least two key specifications, such that the adaptation of the process speed of the blow-molding machine (25) to a speed of at least one further processing apparatus (2, 4) is enabled and/or adjustment of the speed is possible.

A system for transforming plastic parisons to plastic containers with a transport device which transports the plastic parisons along a predetermined transport path, wherein the transport device has a movable station support disposed at least indirectly on a stationary base support on which a plurality of transforming stations is disposed. The transforming stations each have blow mould devices which each form cavities within which the plastic parisons can be transformed into the plastic containers and these blow mould devices are each disposed on blow mould supports. The system has a changing device which is suitable and intended in order, in a changing mode of the system, at least to remove the blow mould devices from their blow mould supports and/or to dispose blow mould devices on the blow mould supports, and wherein, during a further mode of operation which differs from the changing mode, this changing device is suitable and intended for carrying out a treatment operation on at least one working element intended for the system.

A method of after-cooling of the bases of blown out containers, wherein after the transfer of the blown out containers from a blow moulding machine to a run-out star wheel which directly follows the blow moulding machine along a conveying direction of the containers a cooling of the bases of the containers is carried out by at least one apparatus for cooling the bases. The cooling of the bases of the containers starts immediately during a time interval of at least 0.1 seconds and at most 2 seconds after a pressure release of the containers by the blow moulding machine after the blowing out.
