Abstract:
A method for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are introduced into a blow mould and are expanded to form the plastic bottles by being acted upon with a gaseous medium in the blow mould, includes the steps of: preliminary blow moulding by acting upon the plastics material pre-forms with a first pressure; intermediate blow moulding of the plastics material pre-forms at a second pressure which is higher than the first pressure; and final blow moulding of the plastics material pre-forms at a third pressure which is higher than the second pressure, wherein at least the second pressure is varied during a working operation.

Abstract:
A method is described for shaping the bottom of hot-filled containers, in which the bottoms of the containers are forced inwardly from a state bulged outwardly, in particular as they cool down. Complex mechanisms for forcing the bottom inwardly are dispensable for the reason that the bottoms are forced inwardly by at least one fluid jet and/or fluid pressure wave. In addition, shaping the bottom can advantageously be carried out in a production region immediately downstream of a closer.
Abstract:
A method of after-cooling of the bases of blown out containers, wherein after the transfer of the blown out containers from a blow molding machine to a run-out star wheel which directly follows the blow molding machine along a conveying direction of the containers a cooling of the bases of the containers is carried out by at least one apparatus for cooling the bases. The cooling of the bases of the containers starts immediately during a time interval of at least 0.1 seconds and at most 2 seconds after a pressure release of the containers by the blow molding machine after the blowing out.
Abstract:
An apparatus for transforming plastic preforms into containers may include at least one blow mould which forms a cavity, inside which the plastic preforms can be transformed into containers. The apparatus may include a pressure application device for applying a medium to the plastic preforms in order to expand the preforms against an inner wall of the blow mould delimiting the cavity. The apparatus may include a stretching rod for stretching the plastic preforms in the longitudinal direction. The apparatus may include a cleaning device for cleaning regions of the blow mould. The cleaning device may include at least one outlet opening for a cleaning medium for cleaning the blow mould, and this outlet opening is arranged at least at times inside the blow mould.
