    摘要: The present invention provides a light-enhancing component and a fabrication method thereof by using the focused-ion-beam. In the present invention, the surface plasmon polariton structure is coated on the surface of the optical fiber so as to form the light-enhancing component. When the light passes through the optical fiber, the luminous flux transmitted through the aperture on the surface plasmon polariton is enhanced, and the light beam smaller than the diffraction limitation can be transmitted to the far-field, i.e. the nano-optic sword is formed. The light-enhancing component of the present invention can be used for the optical data storage, the optical microscopy, the biomedical detections and the lithography to perform the extra optical resolutions beyond the diffraction limitation.

    摘要: The collimating optical element includes a light incident surface and a light emission curved surface. The light incident surface receives a light emitted by a light source. The light emission curved surface and a first plane are intersected to form a first curve. The first curve has a plurality of first curve segments, and each first curve segment includes at least three first tangent points. After passing each first tangent point along a connecting line of the light source and each first tangent point, the light exits along a first collimation axis, and an included angle formed between the first collimation axis and an optic axis is greater than −15° and smaller than −15°. Thus, the light after passing the collimating optical element forms a one-dimensional collimating light.

The optical device can perform beam splitting and color dividing on an incident light source, which has a constitution from multiple different wavelengths. In a space, the original incident light source is equally split into multiple light beams in an array, according to light intensity. At the same time, the light beam constituted from different wavelengths is divided into multiple sub-light sources, according to the wavelength, so as to have the function to propagate a color array with color dividing. The optical device with capability of modulating the color wavelengths can transform the wide-band incident light source into sub-light beams in array with color dividing (wavelength dividing) and beam splitting.

The flexible light guide has at least one light emitting surface and at least one light incident surface. Moreover, micro-structures are located on at least one surface of the flexible light guide except the light incident surface. When the light of the light source is incident into the flexible light guide, the total reflection would be destroyed due to the micro-structures, and thus the light could emit out of the flexible light guide from the light emitting surface.
