The invention relates to i) a process for treating keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, employing a) at least one oxidized polysaccharide, in particular oxidized inulin, and b) at least one (poly)saccharide with amine group(s); ii) a composition comprising the ingredients a) and b); iii) the use of a) and b) to treat keratin fibres, in particular human keratin fibres such as the hair, and iv) a multi-compartment kit or device comprising a) and b). The invention makes it possible to obtain good hair-conditioning cosmetic properties, with a long-lasting effect.

The invention relates to a cosmetic method for treating human body odors. Said method includes:(i) applying, to the skin, a composition containing a polymer (I): wherein R′ is, separately, H or an acetyl grouping or a —CO-L-X grouping, the polymer containing at least one R′═—CO-L-X grouping, L being a divalent hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 20 carbon atoms, X denoting a photoactive azide or diazirine group, and n ranging from 5 to 2000; then (ii) exposing the skin to visible light. The method used on the skin can also be used on materials for deodorizing malodorous environments such as shoe soles or clothing.

The invention relates to capsules of core/shell type, the core comprising an active agent; the shell comprising one or more concentric and alternating layers of a first photosensitive anionic amino polymer and of a second cationic polymer. The invention also relates to a cosmetic or pharmaceutical composition comprising such capsules. The invention also relates to a non-therapeutic cosmetic process for treating keratin materials, comprising the application to the keratin materials of a cosmetic composition comprising the said capsules, followed by exposure of the deposit formed on the keratin materials to natural light or to artificial light with a wavelength of between 360 and 600 nm.

The invention thus relates to the cosmetic use of a siliceous material that may be obtained by hydrolysis and condensation, in the presence of water, of at least one tetraalkoxysilane of formula (I) below: Si(OR2)4 (I) and of an alkyltrialkoxysilane of formula (II) below: R1Si(OR2)3 (H) in which: R1 denotes a C7 to C20 alkyl group, optionally interrupted in its chain with an O or S atom or with an NH group or a carbonyl group (CO), R2 denotes a C1-C4 alkyl group. Preferentially, the siliceous material is present in a composition comprising a cosmetically acceptable medium. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for treating human body odour, in particular underarm odour and optionally human perspiration, which consists in applying to human keratin materials the said siliceous material or a composition containing the same in a cosmetically acceptable medium. The invention relates to a process for dyeing and/or lightening keratin fibres using i) particular dye(s) and/or pigment(s), ii) photoactive compound(s) and iii) light source(s); a cosmetic composition comprising the ingredients i) and ii); the use of ii) for improving the fastness and/or dyeing and/or lightening of keratin materials in the presence of the ingredients i) and iii) of light source(s), and a multi-compartment device comprising i), ii) and iii). The implementation process and the use i) of particular dye(s) and/or pigment(s) combined with ii) the photoactive compounds and iii) with a light source make it possible especially to obtain lasting coloration on keratin fibres without the use of a reducing agent, and without odour.
