The thermal stabilizer-free thermoplastic resin composition has superior impact resistance, falling ball impact resistance and gloss without using a separate thermal stabilizer. Particularly, the thermal stabilizer-free thermoplastic resin composition improves production efficiency when applied to a squeezing dehydrator because the thermoplastic resin composition is prepared without using a drying process.

The present invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: A-1) a first copolymer including a first conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, wherein the first conjugated diene-based polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 0.2 μm; A-2) a second copolymer including a second conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, wherein the second conjugated diene-based polymer has an average particle diameter of 0.23 to 0.5 μm; B) a third copolymer including an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit; and C) a plasticizer having a viscosity of 700 to 10,000 cP, wherein the plasticizer is included at 0.3 to 5 wt %. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in all of transparency, impact resistance, and flowability.

According to the present invention, a graft copolymer comprising a large-particle-size rubber polymer obtained by welding polymerization-heat-control-type small particles and a reactive emulsifier or a mixed emulsifier comprising a reactive emulsifier and a non-reactive emulsifier is prepared, and a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin comprising the same may have enhanced mechanical properties, thermal stability, surface visibility and gloss.

The thermoplastic resin composition includes a graft copolymer (A), in which a (meth)acrylic acid ester, a vinyl cyan-based compound, and an aromatic vinyl compound are graft polymerized with a conjugated diene-based rubber latex; and a copolymer (B) of a (meth)acrylic acid ester-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyan-based compound in a weight ratio of 35:65 to 70:30.
