    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device is discussed. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment includes a base substrate, a buffer layer disposed on the base substrate, and a thin film transistor disposed on the buffer layer. The organic light emitting display device further includes an organic light emitting diode connected to the thin film transistor and disposed on the thin film transistor. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. At least one of the gate, source, and drain electrodes of the thin film transistor includes a semi-transmissive metal layer, a transparent metal layer, and a reflective metal layer to improve outdoor visibility of a display panel by reducing reflectance of the electrodes even though a polarizer is removed.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a stretchable display panel and device and a manufacturing method thereof. The stretchable display panel comprises: a lower substrate having an active area and a non-active area surrounding the active area; a plurality of individual substrates disposed on the lower substrate and located in the active area; a plurality of pixels disposed on the plurality of individual substrates; and a connection line disposed between the plurality of individual substrates and the lower substrate, wherein the modulus of the plurality of individual substrates is higher than that of at least one part of the lower substrate, and wherein the connecting line extends to the bottom surface of the individual substrates, such that the connecting line electrically connects a pad disposed on the individual substrates without a step in the top surface of the connecting line. That is, the connecting line has a uniform height from the lower substrate for its entire length. Accordingly, the stretchable display device according to the present disclosure may reduce damage to the connecting line due to a step of the connecting line, so reliability of the stretchable display device may be improved.

    Abstract: Currently described is a display that has a base layer, and on top of that base layer is a buffer layer with two exposed portions. The exposed portions are covered with a film. A pixel layer is placed between the two films, and a first substrate is attached to the pixel layer using an adhesive layer. The substrate is designed using either multiple thicknesses or grooves to facilitate a curvature radius of the end portions of the display to achieve a zero bezel display.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a stretchable display panel and a stretchable device.     Abstract: In the stretchable display device of the present disclosure, peeling and delamination of connection lines between adjacent circuits mounted on individual fixed substrates that might occur during stretching is reduced. According to one embodiment of the stretchable display device, the steepness of a slope in step in an insulating layer in contact with connection lines is reduced, which prevents delamination. A plurality of individual substrates are disposed on the lower substrate and located in the active area on the lower substrate. The modulus of elasticity of the individual substrates is significantly higher than the modulus of elasticity of the lower substrate. There is a first inorganic layer positioned on each of the plurality of individual substrates, the first inorganic layer having a sidewall surface extending upward from the first substrate. A organic layer is deposited overlying the first inorganic layer, including overlying the sidewall surface of the first inorganic layer. An electrical connection line is on the organic layer and not in contact with any part of the inorganic layer, providing the additional adhesion and thus preventing delamination of the electrical connection lines from the substrate.
