Abstract: An organic light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate; an anode electrode on the substrate; an auxiliary electrode on the substrate; an organic emission layer on the anode electrode; a cathode electrode on the organic emission layer and on the auxiliary electrode; an insulating bank on the auxiliary electrode, the bank overlapping a first portion of the auxiliary electrode and exposing a second portion of the auxiliary electrode; a first partition wall on the auxiliary electrode; a second partition wall on the first partition wall and covering the exposed second portion of the auxiliary electrode in plan view. A separation space is between the second partition wall and the bank, the cathode electrode is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode through the separation space between the second partition wall and the bank, and the second partition wall is supported by the first partition wall and the bank.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate including an active area and a pad area, an anode electrode in the active area, an organic emission layer on the anode electrode, a cathode electrode on the organic emission layer, an auxiliary electrode connected to the cathode electrode, a signal pad in the pad area, and a first pad electrode connected to the signal pad, the first pad electrode covering a top of the signal pad, the first pad electrode being configured to prevent the top of the signal pad from being corroded, wherein the auxiliary electrode includes a first auxiliary electrode and a second auxiliary electrode connected to the first auxiliary electrode through a contact hole, and wherein the first pad electrode includes a same material as the first auxiliary electrode.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display is disclosed. The organic light emitting diode display includes a first substrate on which pixels each including an organic light emitting diode are disposed, a second substrate including a power line supplied with a power voltage and facing the first substrate, and a conductive filler layer interposed between the first substrate and the second substrate and including a conductive medium. The first substrate includes an auxiliary electrode, a first barrier disposed on the auxiliary electrode, a cathode divided by the first barrier and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode, and a protective layer disposed on the cathode, divided by the first barrier, and exposing at least a portion of the auxiliary electrode. Abstract: A top-emissive organic light-emitting diode display includes a substrate, an auxiliary line, an insulating film, an auxiliary cathode, a passivation film, a planarization film, an under-cut opening, an under-area, a connecting terminal, an organic emission layer, and a cathode. An under-cut opening exposes one end of the auxiliary cathode. The under-area is formed inside the under-cut opening by removing the insulating film underlying the exposed end of the auxiliary cathode. The connecting terminal on the planarization film extends to the under-cut opening and makes contact with the exposed auxiliary cathode. The organic emission layer is stacked on the surface of the auxiliary cathode, and is not applied to the under-area and exposes the side of the connecting terminal making contact with the auxiliary cathode. The cathode is stacked on the organic emission layer and makes contact with the side of the connecting terminal not covered by the organic emission layer.
