    Abstract: A method for processing a video signal according to the present invention comprises the steps of: searching for a reference view motion vector corresponding to a disparity vector of a current texture block, a motion vector of a spatial neighbor block of the current texture block, a disparity vector of the current texture block, a view synthesis prediction disparity vector of the current texture block, and a motion vector of a temporal neighbor block of the current texture block, in a predetermined sequence; storing the searched motion vectors in a candidate list, in the predetermined sequence; and performing an inter-prediction on the current texture block, using one among the motion vectors stored in the candidate list, wherein the candidate list stores a predetermined number of motion vectors, and the predetermined sequence is set such that the view synthesis prediction disparity vector is always stored.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for processing video signals, and more specifically, to a method and an apparatus for processing video signals which applies deformation compensation to decode a current texture block. The present invention can increase the accuracy of an inter-prediction by obtaining the position of a block within a reference picture referenced by the current texture block, by means of using deformation compensation parameter information, and obtaining a pixel value of the block within the reference picture that is obtained from a prediction value of the current texture block.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method for encoding/decoding an image and a device for same. Particularly, a method for decoding an image may comprise the steps of: parsing a filter index from a bit stream outputted from an encoder; determining a filter set using the filter index, from among a plurality of filter sets belonging to a predetermined filter bank; deriving a filter coefficient based on a coefficient for filtering, defined by the filter set, which has been determined by the filter index; and applying filtering to a reconstructed image obtained using a prediction signal and a differential signal, by using the derived filter coefficient.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and a method for coding a 3D video, a decoding method, according to the present invention, comprising the steps of: receiving a single depth mode (SDM) flag information indicating whether the SDM is applied to a current block; and if the SDM is applied to the current block, generating a prediction sample on the basis of a first candidate and a second candidate derived by using spatial neighboring reference samples of the current block, wherein the number of the spatial neighboring reference samples is two, and among the neighboring reference samples, the first neighboring reference sample is positioned on the left side of the current block, and the second neighboring reference sample is positioned on the upper side of the current block. According to the present invention, the current block may be predicted on the basis of one representative value derived by using the predetermined neighboring reference sample, and the complexity of an operation may be decreased, and coding efficiency may be increased.
