    Abstract: A display apparatus for vehicle is disclosed. The display apparatus includes a first display and a second display located in a vehicle, a signal processing device including a processor configured to perform signal processing for the first display and the second display, and a second signal processing device including a second processor configured to perform signal processing for a third display, wherein the processor in the signal processing device is configured to execute first to third virtual machines on a hypervisor in the processor, and, in response to the signal processing device being operated as a master signal processing device, the first virtual machine in the processor is configured to share at least some of data with the second signal processing device for divided processing of data. Consequently, the plurality of signal processing devices for the plurality of displays in the vehicle may divide and process data.

    Abstract: An air conditioner and a method for controlling an air conditioner are provided. The air conditioner may include a case that forms a space therein with an open lower side; a panel that is disposed at lower side of the case, and has an inlet and a plurality of outlets disposed around the inlet; a fan that is disposed in the case; a plurality of wind adjuster that is disposed in each of the plurality of outlets, and adjusts a direction of air flowing through each of the plurality of outlets; a camera that obtains an image of an indoor space; and a controller that controls the plurality of wind adjusters based on image information obtained from the camera. The controller may divide the plurality of outlets into a first area outlet and a second area outlet, and adjust each of the plurality of wind adjusters so that airflows of air discharged through the first area outlet and airflows of air discharged through the second area outlet are formed differently.

    Abstract: A method of operating an air conditioner, including: obtaining an image acquired by a camera; determining a distance and a direction of an occupant relative to the air conditioner, based on the image; using at least one machine-learning network to classify an air-blowable space of the air conditioner into an intensive air blowing area and a non-intensive air blowing area, based on the distance and the direction of the occupant; controlling the air conditioner to operate in an intensive operation mode with respect to the intensive air blowing area; and controlling the air conditioner to operate in a non-intensive operation mode with respect to the intensive air blowing area and the non-intensive air blowing area based on completion of the intensive operation mode. A time duration of the intensive operation mode is smaller than a time duration of the non-intensive operation mode.

    Abstract: A signal processing device and a display apparatus for vehicles including the same are disclosed. The signal processing device includes a processor configured to perform signal processing for a display located in a vehicle, wherein the processor executes first to third virtual machines on a hypervisor in the processor, the second virtual machine is operated for a first display, the third virtual machine is operated for a second display, and the first virtual machine in the processor receives touch input to the first display or the second display and transmits information regarding the touch input to the second virtual machine or the third virtual machine. Consequently, touch input may be rapidly and accurately processed.
