A method and a communication apparatus for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system using time division duplex (TDD). The method according to an embodiment includes receiving at least one physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) or at least one physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH); and generating reception response information for the at least one PDCCH or the at least one PDSCH. When the reception response information and channel status information are configured to be transmitted in a same subframe and a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) format is configured for the communication apparatus, if a certain condition is satisfied, the reception response information and the channel status information are transmitted together using a second PUCCH format. The certain condition includes a first condition of a single PDSCH transmission only on a primary cell (PCell) where there is not a corresponding PDCCH being present.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for transmitting uplink control information and a device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: forming a plurality of serving cells each having different UL-DL configurations; receiving one or more signals requiring a HARQ-ACK response from M(M 1) number of subframes; and executing the process for transmitting the HARQ-ACK response to the one or more signals in a specific subframe corresponding to the M number of subframes, wherein, only when the specific subframe is set as an uplink in all of the plurality of serving cells, the HARQ-ACK response to the one or more signals are transmitted through the specific subframe.

A method and a communication apparatus for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system; and a method and a communication apparatus for receiving uplink control information in a wireless communication system are discussed. The method according to an embodiment includes identifying a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest-Acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK)(0), HARQ-ACK(1) and HARQ-ACK(2); and transmitting bits b(0)b(1) using a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource based on the HARQ-ACK (0), the HARQ-ACK(1) and the HARQ-ACK(2), according to a relation including Table 1. The HARQ-ACK(0) and the HARQ-ACK(1) indicate Acknowledgement (ACK)/Negative ACK (ACK/NACK)/Discontinuous Transmission (DTX) responses to data blocks related to a first cell, the HARQ-ACK(2) indicates ACK/NACK/DTX response to a data block related to a second cell, n(1)PUCCH,0 indicates a PUCCH resource linked to a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) on the first cell, and n(1)PUCCH,2 indicates a PUCCH resource linked to a PDCCH on the second cell.

A method for a communication apparatus to transmit an uplink signal in a wireless communication system. The communication apparatus receives a control channel signal including resource allocation information for two or more non-consecutive resource block sets. Each resource block set includes a single resource block group (RBG) or at least two consecutive RBGs. The communication apparatus transmits the uplink signal in accordance with the control channel signal for data transmission. The resource allocation information uses a combinatorial index corresponding to at least four indices to indicate the two or more non-consecutive resource block sets.

The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method and a device therefor, the method comprising: setting a first cell having a first TDD UL-DL configuration and a second cell having a second TDD UL-DL configuration; receiving data through a DL subframe of the first cell; and transmitting reception response information on the data through a UL subframe of the second cell, wherein the relationship between the DL subframe and the UL subframe is determined by a parameter value set in a specific TDD UL-DL configuration, which is the TDD UL-DL configuration having the least number of DL subframes from TDD UL-DL configuration(s), in which subframes set as a DL in the first or second cell are all set as DLs.

A method and a communication device are described for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system supporting carrier aggregation. At least one of a plurality of physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs) indicating downlink semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) release or physical downlink shared channels (PDSCHs) is received in a plurality of downlink subframes according to an uplink (UL) downlink (DL) configuration for time division duplex (TDD). A PDCCH with a downlink control information (DCI) format for UL scheduling including a 2-bit field is received. Acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) information corresponding to the at least one PDCCH indicating downlink SPS release or the PDSCHs is transmitted through a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) based on the received PDCCH with the DCI format for UL scheduling.
