Abstract: A method for combining two or more schedules in a machine to machine (M2M) communication system according to one embodiment of the present invention is disclosed. The method is performed by a M2M server and comprises the steps of: receiving at least one schedule request from at least one M2M application—the schedule request requesting a measurement a report for a specific resource for a specific M2M device—; determining whether a first permissible interval of a measurement time point or a report time point included in the schedule request is overlapped with a second permissible interval of a measurement time point or a report time point of the pre-stored M2M schedule when an ID of the M2M device and an ID of the resource included in the schedule request are the same as the ID of the M2M device and the ID of the resource of the pre-stored M2M schedule; and generating mapping information for indicating a relationship between the schedule request and the pre-stored M2M schedule when determining that the first permissible interval and the second permissible interval overlap.

Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for handling notification messages for applying a group policy to a notification subscription service in a wireless communication system. The method is carried out by a first M2M device and comprises the steps of: receiving a plurality of notification messages; determining whether a group subscription ID matching a group subscription ID that has been pre-saved on the first M2M device is included in the plurality of notification messages which have been received, wherein the group subscription ID indicates a group policy applied to a subscription service for notification messages for member resources belonging to a specific group; and aggregating notification messages containing the group subscription ID that matches the pre-saved group subscription ID, and applying the group policy corresponding to the group subscription ID to the aggregated notification messages.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a message processing method for resource subscription in a machine-to-machine (M2M) system and a device therefor, and the method comprises the steps of: receiving a subscription request message for a subscribed-to resource from a first device, wherein the subscription request message includes identification information of the first device and identification information of a second device; checking whether the first device has a right for the subscribed-to resource; determining whether the first device and the second device are the same on the basis of the identification information of the first device and the identification information of the second device; transmitting a notification message including the identification information of the first device, identification information of an M2M device, and parameter information for indicating a verification request to the second device, if the first device and the second device are different; and receiving a response message to the notification message from the second device; wherein a right for the subscription request is checked by the second device on the basis of the identification information of the first device and the identification information of the M2M device, and the response message includes a result of the checking of the right by the second device.
