    摘要: A page-width printing platform comprises a plurality of inkjet head structures collaboratively defined as at least one page-width array printing unit. The inkjet head structures comprise respective inkjet chips disposed on the printing platform and arranged in plural rows and in a staggered form, so that a printing width of the inkjet chips is larger than or equal to a width of a printed pattern. Each of the inkjet chips comprises at least one liquid supply slot, wherein a plurality of liquid ejectors are located at one or two sides of the liquid supply slot along a long axis of the liquid supply slot. At least one monochromatic print liquid is introduced into the construction chamber from the plural inkjet head structures and printed on a construction material within the construction chamber, so that a rapid prototyping width-page printing operation is performed.

    摘要: A powder heating assembly of a rapid prototyping apparatus includes a powder feeder and a heating module. The powder feeder includes an accommodation space and a powder falling port in communication with the accommodation space. The heating module is disposed under the powder feeder, and includes a thermally conductive cap and a heat conduction structure. The powder falling port is capped by the thermally conductive cap. The thermally conductive cap includes a powder exhaust port. The powder exhaust port is in communication with the powder falling port. The heat conduction structure is arranged between the accommodation space of the powder feeder and the thermally conductive cap and includes a heater. The heat generated by the heater is transferred to the construction powder within the powder feeder to preheat the construction powder, remove the moisture contained in the construction powder and dry the construction powder.

    摘要: An automatic printing adjustment method for a page-width array printing device is provided. The page-width array printing device includes a printing module, a scanning module and a print region. Firstly, the printing module prints a print medium placed on the print region to obtain a printed image, and the scanning module scans the printed image of the print medium. Then, the printed image is transmitted from the scanning module to a processor. Then, a noise eliminating operation, a tilt calibration operation, a ROI selecting operation, a horizontal detection operation and a vertical detection operation are performed on the printed image. Afterwards, a calibrating result is feedback from the processor to the printing module. The printing conditions of nozzles of the respective inkjet head structures are adjusted according to the calibrating result.

    摘要: An ink-jet printing module is used for a page-width array ink-jet printer. The ink jet printing module includes a page-width array platen and a plurality of ink-jet cartridges. The page-width array platen has a plurality of receiving cavities arranged as an array. Each of the ink-jet cartridges is detachably and independently embedded into one of the receiving cavities, and includes a body for storing ink, an ink-jet chip to be driven for ejecting the ink, a plurality of nozzles disposed on the ink-jet chip, and a control node for receiving signal to drive the ink-jet chip. The ink-jet chip is disposed on a bottom of the page-width array platen and is driven to eject the ink through the nozzles onto a printing medium.

    摘要: A powder recycling system includes a powder feeder, a remaining powder collector, a bridge breaker, a block powder filter, a cyclone separator, a particulate filter cleaner, an air pressure generation device and an electrostatic precipitator. The powder feeder provides a construction powder to a construction platform. The remaining powder collector for collects the remaining powder. The cyclone separator is used to separate the large-size powdery particles and the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder from each other through a rotating gaseous stream. The large-size powdery particles fall down to the powder feeder due to gravity, and the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder is removed from the rotating gaseous stream and transmitted to the particulate filter cleaner. After the small-size powdery particles of the remaining powder are filtered by the particulate filter cleaner, the suspended small-size powdery particles are transmitted to the electrostatic precipitator.
