    摘要: An injection-molding polyolefin composition suitable for obtaining an injection-molded article having excellent sliding property and excellent impact resistance and being free from delamination, said polyolefin composition being characterized in that(1) the composition consists substantially of an ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin having an intrinsic viscosity of 10-40 dl/g as measured in decalin of 135.degree. C. and a low-molecular-weight to high-molecular-weight polyolefin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.1-5 dl/g as measured in decalin of 135.degree. C.,(2) the ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin is contained in the composition in an amount of 10-40% by weight based on the total weight of the ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyolefin and the low-molecular-weight to high-molecular-weight polyolefin,(3) the composition has an intrinsic viscosity [.eta.]c of 3.5-15 dl/g as measured in decalin of 135.degree. C.,(4) the composition has a melt torque T of 4.5 kg.cm or below, and(5) the section of the injection-molded square plate produced from the composition has a phase-separated structure composed of a continuous phase and a discontinuous phase and the average paticle diameter (average major axis length) of the discontinuous phase is 20 .mu.m or below.

    摘要: A process for producing a polymer or copolymer of an olefin which comprises polymerizing or copolymerizing at least one olefin with or without a diolefin in the presence of a catalyst composed of (A) a magnesium-containing solid titanium catalyst component containing magnesium, titanium, a halogen and an electron donor as essential ingredients and (B) an organoaluminum compound catalyst component; characterized in that(1) said catalyst further comprises (C) an organic silicon compound catalyst component having an Si--O--C or Si--N--C bond, and(2) said electron donor in the catalyst component (A) is a cyclic mono- or poly-ester such as diethyl cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylate, di-n-butyl 1,3-cyclohexadiene-1,2-dicarboxylate, diethyl furane-3,4-dicarboxylate, di-n-butyl 3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrane-5,6-dicarboxylate, diethyl ester of cyclohexene-1,6-dicarboxylic acid, and so on.

    摘要: A catalyst for polymerization of an olefin, said catalyst being formed from[A] a solid titanium catalyst component comprising magnesium, titanium, halogen and an electron donor as essential ingredients,[B] an organoaluminum compound catalyst component, and[C] an electron donor catalyst component comprising at least two electron donors including an electron donor (1) and an electron donor (2), the MFR (a) of homopolypropylene obtained by using the electron donor (1) together with the solid titanium catalyst component [A] and the organoaluminum compound catalyst component [B] has the following relation to the MFR (b) of homopolypropylene obtained by using the electron donor (2) under the same polymerization conditions as in the case of using the electron donor (1)log [MFR (b)/MFR (a)].gtoreq.1.5.This catalyst can give an olefin polymer having a broad molecular weight. Also provided is a process for polymerizing or copolymerizing an olefin in the presence of the above catalyst.
