摘要: The present invention is directed to substituted certain 1-pyrazolyl, 5-, 6-disubstituted indazole derivatives of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1, R2, and ring A are as defined herein, which are potent inhibitors of LRRK2 kinase and may be useful in the treatment or prevention of diseases in which the LRRK2 kinase is involved, such as Parkinson's Disease and other diseases and disorders described herein. The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and the use of these compounds and compositions in the prevention or treatment of diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, in which LRRK-2 kinase is involved.

摘要: A first access node receives, from a second access node, at least one message comprising configuration parameters of a first cell of a third access node. The third access node is a child node associated with the second access node. The third access node communicates with the second access node via at least one backhaul link. The configuration parameters comprise an identifier indicating the first cell and backhaul information of the at least one backhaul link. The first access node determines, based on the backhaul information, a handover of a wireless device to the first cell. The first access node transmits, to the second access node, a message requesting the handover of the wireless device to the first cell.

摘要: A wireless device receives, from a base station, one or more messages indicating: a control resource set (coreset) of a bandwidth part of a cell; and a first reference signal (RS) associated with the coreset. A downlink control channel in the coreset is monitored based on the first RS. A control command indicating a group of one or more second RSs is received. The wireless device determines that the group of the one or more second RSs does not include the first RS. In response to the determining, the wireless device stops monitoring the downlink control channel in the coreset.

摘要: A wireless device may receive one or more configuration parameters for a cell. The one or more configuration parameters may indicate a periodic resource configuration. The periodic resource configuration may be activatable by predetermined values of: a hybrid automatic repeat request process identifier (HARQ ID) field of a first downlink control information (DCI) format; and a redundancy version (RV) field of the first DCI format. The wireless device may receive a DCI based on a second DCI format without the HARQ ID field and/or the RV field. The wireless device may activate the periodic resource configuration based on: a size of the HARQ ID field of the DCI and/or the RV field of the DCI being zero; and the periodic resource configuration being in an inactive state.

摘要: A wireless device receives a radio resource control message from a base station. The radio resource control message comprises one or more configuration parameters for a random access channel. A downlink control information is received that comprises a field indicating a slot format indication, for a slot, among a plurality of SFIs. The plurality of SFIs indicate uplink, flexible, and random access symbols. The wireless device determines radio resources of one or more random access channel occasions of the slot based on the one or more configuration parameters and at least one random access symbol indicated by the slot format indication for the slot. A preamble is transmitted via the radio resources of the one or more random access channel occasions.

摘要: A wireless device receives one or more messages. The one or more messages comprise configuration parameters of a cell. The configuration parameters indicate: a plurality of slot format combinations of the cell; a plurality of reference signals (RS) of the cell; and a channel occupancy time (COT) radio network temporary identifier (RNTI). The wireless device receives a downlink control information (DCI) scrambled by the COT-RNTI indicating a slot format combination of the plurality of slot format combinations, for an RS of the plurality of RSs. A channel occupancy time (COT) structure is determined for the RS based on the slot format combination. A transport block is transmitted, via uplink resources of the cell, based on the COT structure.
