    摘要: A compact and reliable structure of a multi-rotor synchronous machine which may be employed as a generator/motor for automotive vehicles is provided. The machine includes an outer rotor having permanent magnets, an inner rotor having permanent magnets disposed to be rotatable relative to the outer rotor, a stator core having armature coils interlinking with field magnetic fluxes produced by the outer and inner rotors, and a rotor-to-rotor relative rotation controlling mechanism. A relative angle between the outer and inner rotors is controlled within a given angular range by controlling the phase and quantity of current flowing through the armature coils to rotate the inner rotor relative to the outer rotor through the rotor-to-rotor relative rotation controlling mechanism, thereby changing the magnetic fluxes interlinking with the armature coils as needed.

    摘要: The present invention relates an electric rotating machine comprising a plurality of phase coils each composed of a plurality of partial coils each made by connecting segments each composed of an inside-slot conductor portion to be accommodated in each of slots of each of phase slot groups made in a stator core and an outside-slot conductor portion protruding from the slot. Of the plurality of partial coils constituting each of the phase coils, in each of the partial coils to be connected to an input/output terminal, its inside-slot conductor portion is accommodated in the slot other than end portions of the phase slot group in a circumferential direction of the stator core. This reduces the electric potential difference between the outside-slot conductor portion continuing thereinto and the outside-slot conductor portion of an adjacent phase coil, thereby improving the insulating performance.

    摘要: A rotor includes a rotor core comprised of steel sheets that are laminated in the axial direction of the rotor core and a rotating component configured to rotate together with the rotor core. Each of the steel sheets has a positioning portion for circumferentially positioning the steel sheet with respect to the rotating component and is formed of a rolled steel material. For each of the steel sheets, the direction of rolling of the steel sheet is circumferentially offset from both imaginary lines X and Y by predetermined angles. Each of the steel sheets is shaped so that the circumferential position of the positioning portion thereof remains unchanged when the steel sheet is front-back inverted about the imaginary line X. When viewed along the axial direction, at least one of the steel sheets is front-back inverted with respect to and thus forms a mirror image of the other steel sheets.

    摘要: In a rotary electric machine, a stator coil includes in-slot portions each contained in a corresponding one of slots of a stator core. The stator coil includes turn portions each connecting one end of a corresponding one of the in-slot portions projecting from one axial end of the stator core with one end of a corresponding alternative one of the in-slot portions projecting the one axial end of the stator core. The turn portions provide an end portion of the stator coil. A coolant guide is placed to cover a circumferential outer part of the end portion of the stator coil from radially outside thereof and provided with holes therethrough. The coolant guide guides a coolant therealong in a circumferential direction of the end portion of the stator coil while guiding, through the holes, a part of the coolant to the end portion of the stator coil.

A first rotor forming the first dynamo-electrical machine together with a second rotor is connected to either one of a front driving shaft and rear driving shaft. As a result, a torque generated by the first dynamo-electric machine is transmitted to either one of the front and rear driving shafts, connected to the first rotor.
