摘要: A communications method and a mobile terminal that constructs a communications system which transmits data by using an OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) method as a downlink access method, and also transmits data by using an SC-FDMA (Single Career Frequency Division Multiple Access) method as an uplink access method. The mobile terminal includes a processor that determines a candidate set including CCEs (Control Channel Elements), each of which is one of regions to which one frequency bandwidth is divided, for delivery of an L1/L2 control signal which is control information transmitted and received between a base station and the mobile terminal. In addition, the processor, which is at the mobile terminal, determines the candidate set based on the frequency bandwidth.

摘要: Since OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing), which is a downlink access scheme used for an LTE (Long Term Evolution) communication system, is weak at interference, it is preferable that the number of base stations for transmitting the same E-MBMS (Evolved Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service) data be not excessive. Thus, the mobile terminal performs: processing of obtaining measurement quality values by measuring reception quality of each base station; processing of deciding on whether the measurement quality value of a serving base station exceeds a certain receiving level; processing of adding measurement quality values of other base stations to the measurement quality value of the serving base station until the sum exceeds the certain receiving level; and processing of notifying the serving base station of the serving base station and other base stations as candidates for an active set for E-MBMS. This makes it possible to select as the active set for E-MBMS an appropriate number of base stations that make it compatible to maintain good reception quality and to prevent interference.

摘要: A sequence program editing apparatus that automatically performs editing of function block instances in a sequence program when a definition of a function block is modified. When a function block definition defining the number of parameters or attributes of parameters is modified, the sequence program is searched to find a function block instance using the function block of which definition is modified. The found function block instance is altered so that the number of parameters or attributes of parameters conform with the modified definition of the function block.

摘要: A numerical control apparatus incorporating a programmable controller and capable of displaying a comment in a plurality of languages with a single sequence program and of displaying a comment in a maintenance screen in a manner suited to the screen. The sequence program has a signal information area stored at its addresses with comments on signals or on the sequence program, each comment being written in a plurality of languages. Languages serving as display (language) attributes of each comment are also stored. In displaying a ladder diagram after the setting of language (for example, English) is completed, as for an address for which there is any comment of the preset language (English), such comment (second comment written in English) is displayed. Comments displayed in a desired language make it easy to perform the maintenance and management of the programmable controller and the numerical control apparatus.

摘要: In a mobile phone according to the invention, a sum of a power control amount (&Dgr;P) instructed by a base station and a sending power (Px) detected by a sending power detecting portion (15) obtained to calculate a sending power (Px′) for a next slot (S1-S3), it is determined whether the sending power (Px′) is equal to or lower than a maximum sending power (Pmax) or not (S4), a power control is performed in accordance with an instruction of the base station when a relationship of (Px′≦Pmax) is present (S5), a value X satisfying (Px′−X≦Pmax) is calculated when the relationship of (Px′≦Pmax) is not present (S6), and the sending power is changed by (&Dgr;P−X) (S7).

摘要: In a sequence program display apparatus capable of displaying related data related to desired signals and command in debugging by simple operation, when the address of related data relating to respective signals and commands is input together with a sequence program, the input sequence program and address of the related data are stored in a program/address storing means. Program execution means controls the operation of a machine tool by executing the input sequence program. On the other hand, when display instruction means instructs to display how the particular signals and commands of the sequence program being executed are executed, executed state display means displays how the signals and commands instructed to be displayed are executed and how related data relating to the signals and commands is executed on the same screen in a display unit.

摘要: A mobile communication system capable of performing communication between a user equipment device connected to a relay device and a core network if the relay device moves. A relay device sets a tracking area of a base station device to be connected with the own device as a tracking area of the own device. For example, when the relay device moves along an arrow, the tracking area of the relay device is changed from a first tracking area to which a fourth base station device belongs to a third tracking area to which a tenth base station device belongs. Upon change of the tracking area of the relay device as described above, a user equipment device transmits a tracking area update request signal of the own device to a target second mobility management entity.
