    摘要： A mobile communication system capable of performing communication between a user equipment device connected to a relay device and a core network if the relay device moves. A relay device sets a tracking area of a base station device to be connected with the own device as a tracking area of the own device. For example, when the relay device moves along an arrow, the tracking area of the relay device is changed from a first tracking area to which a fourth base station device belongs to a third tracking area to which a tenth base station device belongs. Upon change of the tracking area of the relay device as described above, a user equipment device transmits a tracking area update request signal of the own device to a target second mobility management entity.

In a handover process, when it is judged that an establishment cause for RRC connection is attached from an RN, a target eNB judges whether the own device has the DeNB function. In a case of judging that the own device does not have the DeNB function, the target eNB notifies the RN of an RRC connection rejection. When being notified of the RRC connection reject, the RN stops the handover process and then returns to a source eNB.

    摘要： A random number sequence is previously generated by the function f8 for data confidentiality processing, which generates a random number sequence, and stored in a random number sequence memory (buffer). When data (message) is input, the random number sequence stored in the random number sequence memory is obtained, and the data (message) is encrypted by an XOR circuit to generate ciphertext data. In case of decrypting data, a random number sequence is also previously generated by the function f8 for data confidentiality processing and stored in the random number sequence memory (buffer). When the ciphertext data is input, by the XOR circuit, the random number sequence stored in the random number sequence memory is read and the ciphertext data is decrypted into the data (message).

It has a radio frame including fields for storing the data, a data number associated with said data and a retransmission request data number. It receives the radio frame from a data transmitting end. If an error is detected as a result of decoding the data received, it stores the data number associated with said data into the field of the radio frame as the retransmission request data number, and transmits the radio frame to the data transmitting end. It receives the retransmission data associated with the data number from the data transmitting end. It can speed up the retransmission control and reduce the processing load of the network.
