A razor for trimming and shaping of beards, mustaches, sideburns and the like is disclosed. The razor comprises an elongated handle, a tapered offset neck on one end of the handle and a razor head pivotally attached to the neck by a ball and socket joint interposed therebetween. A pivot lock locks the razor head in a desired attitude with respect to the handle and is controllable from the neck of the razor. The razor head carries a blade having opposed arcuate cutting edges, marginal edges of which extend from opposed arcuate surfaces of the razor head. The ball of the ball and socket is a center-cut ball presenting a path therethrough. The pivot lock is slidable into the center path of the ball to expand the ball, thus, locking the razor head in a fixed attitude to the handle of the razor.

An LED lighting device comprising an integral body comprising a dielectric thermally conductive polymer has an electrically conductive material directly attached to, or at least in part is molded within the body and forms a circuit pattern. Two or more LED die each having at least a portion thereof being attached directly either to one of a portion of the first body for direct thermal conduction or a portion of the electrically conductive material for direct electrical and thermal conduction or both. The integral body is optionally molded to have integral cooling surfaces such as fins. The integral body also may take a shape conforming to a mounting structure of a lighting fixture and may also include thereon additional electrical components for assisting the LED die in producing light, in other words drive components. Terminals may be integrally molded or formed in the body upon which a portion of the conductive material resides for electrical connection to another device such as a power source.

An AC LED package and circuits are disclosed along with an AC LED driver. The AC LED circuit may include as few as one LED or an array of anti-parallel LEDs driven with AC power sources and AC LED drivers at various voltages and frequencies. The AC LEDs are pre-packaged in various forms and materials and designed for mains or high frequency coupling in various forms to AC power sources, inverter type drivers or packages. The AC LED driver is a fixed frequency driver that provides a relatively constant voltage output to different size loads within the wattage limitation of the driver and in some cases is a direct mains power source.

A cable assembly including a cable with at least one connector terminated to an end of the cable. The cable includes at least one pair of signal wires and a grounding member that extends the length of the cable. The signal wires and grounding member are terminated to a connector and specifically terminated to two signal terminals and one ground terminal of the connector. These wires are terminated to tail portions of the terminals which are enclosed in an insulative material that defines a body portion of the connector housing. The ground terminal has two contact portions that extend along the exterior of the connector housing body portion, while the signal terminals have contact portions that extend lengthwise of the connector housing. The signal terminal contact portions are enclosed within an extension of the connector housing and the extension and body portions are themselves enclosed in a metal grounding shell.
