摘要: A rodless cylinder having a piston and an operation member slidable along the outer circumferential surface of a cylinder tube, each mounted with permanent magnets, and adapted to move the operation member along the cylinder tube by utilizing the attraction force between these permanent magnets, in which a plurality of individual magnets disposed axially to the cylinder in each of driving and driven magnet rows are arranged such that identical poles of the individual magnets are in adjacent to each other, and both of the driving and driven magnet rows are arranged such that the different poles of the individual magnets in each of the magnet rows are opposed to each other can provide a greater attraction force between the magnet rows with no changes in the size of the magnet and thereby reduce the size of the entire apparatus.

摘要: A multistage stroke cylinder apparatus includes a main cylinder having a main piston and a main rod, an intermediate stop position setting mechanism for setting an intermediate stop position of the main piston, and a return position setting mechanism for setting a return position of the main piston. 摘要: A rodless cylinder prevents leakage of fluid through a sealing belt and thus increases the freedom in the design of the edge of its seal lip. The rodless cylinder has a piston and a driven table reciprocating over a cylinder which are connected by a piston yoke through a slit extending along a cylinder bore. A sealing belt to seal the slit in the cylinder has a sealing lip which comes in contact with the wall of the cylinder bore at each end of the inner wall that constitutes a part of the wall of the cylinder bore, a sealing projection near the edge of the sealing lip whose edge comes in contact with the inner wall of the slit, and another seal projection that comes in contact with a sealing seat projecting from the inner wall of the slit.

摘要: A rodless cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston, a sliding table, first and second sealing members, and pairs of first and second holding mechanisms. The cylinder body has a bore defined in a cylinder tube whose ends are closed and a slit which extends along the longitudinal direction thereof and enables the bore to communicate with the outside. The piston is reciprocatively moved within the bore. The sliding table is coupled to the piston by a connecting portion extending through the slit and moved according to the reciprocating motion of the piston. The first and second sealing members are brought into engagement with the piston and the sliding table to close the slit. The pairs of first and second holding mechanisms are located on both sides of the bore and mounted to the cylinder body and the sliding table. The pair of first holding mechanisms respectively has first support members and first movable members both used to guide the sliding table when the piston is reciprocated and to support a vertical load which acts on the sliding table. The pair of second holding mechanisms respectively has second support members and second movable members both capable of guiding the sliding table when the piston is reciprocated and supporting a horizontal load which acts on the sliding table, so as to prevent the inside diameter of the bore from varying.

摘要: The rodless cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston, and a slide table connected to the piston. The slide table and the piston are united with each other due to a coupling part which projects through a slit formed in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder body. The slide table includes first and second load transmitters, whereas the cylinder body includes first and second load receivers corresponding to the first and second load transmitters. When a lateral load is applied to the slide table, the load is transmitted via one of the first and second load transmitters to a corresponding one of the first and second load receivers so as to transmit the force in a direction in which the slit of the cylinder body can be widened.

摘要: In a rodless cylinder comprising a series of driving magnets mounted on a piston fitted in a cylinder tube and a series of driven magnets on a driven member sliding along the cylinder tube, piping to convey a hydraulic fluid is simplified as follows. Both ends of the cylinder tube and guide rods extending parallel thereto are fastened to two end plates. Two ports through which the hydraulic fluid is supplied to and discharged from pressure chambers on both sides of the piston in the cylinder tube are provided in one of the end plates. While one of the ports communicates directly with one pressure chamber through the end plate, the other port communicates with the other pressure chamber through one of the guide rods and the other end plate. The driven member sliding along the cylinder tube carries the series of driven magnets and two annular sliding members on both sides thereof in such a manner as to be movable in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder. This eliminates the need of assembling the cylinder tube with very high accuracy. Also, the cylinder can exert its driving force to the maximum extent of its ability since any external force working on the driven member is supported by the guide rods.
