摘要： A system and method for processing an optical information on an optical record medium are disclosed in which a timing at which a scanning of a light spot on one record track of the optical record medium derived from an acoustooptic deflector is started is controlled on the basis of a tracking error signal indicating that a scanning trajectory of the light spot is deviated from a center line of the one record track on the optical record medium. Therefore, the light spot can accurately be tracked on each record track on the high density optical record medium such as a tape in a simple construction.

摘要： An apparatus for reproducing an optically recorded information on an optical record medium is disclosed in which a plurality of light sources which irradiate light beams on a plurality of record tracks are illuminated in a time sharing mode and a reproduced signal derived by a receipt of reproduced lights with a signal photo detecting element is processed so as to reproduce the information on the tracks, whereby a crosstalk due to the light sources which simultaneously irradiate the light beams on the plurality of mutually adjacent record tracks can be avoided and a simple construction of the optically recorded information reproducing apparatus can be achieved.

摘要： A magneto-optical disk apparatus performs at least one of recording and reproduction of information with a magneto-optical recording medium having a disk shape. The magneto-optical disk apparatus comprises an optical device for irradiating the medium with a light beam and a first magnetic field applying device for applying a magnetic field modulated according to information to a portion on the medium which is irradiated with the light beam. The first magnetic field applying device comprises a magnetic head for generating a magnetic field and a floating-type slider for supporting the magnetic head. The apparatus further comprises a second magnetic field applying device, arranged parrallel to the first magnetic field applying device along a surface of the recording medium, for applying a constant magnetic field to the irradiated portion on the medium. The second magnetic field applying device comprises a core member of a substantial ring shape having a gap in a portion thereof and a coil wound around a portion of the core member. The core member has two ends located on either side of the medium such that the gap is positioned at the beam irradiated portion. The apparatus further comprises a moving device for moving the first and second magnetic field applying devices and the optical device together in a radial direction of the medium.

摘要： A magneto-optical disk apparatus performs at least one of recording and reproduction of information on or from a magneto-optical recording medium having a disk shape. 摘要： An optical disk apparatus for effecting at least one of recording of information and reproduction of information by use of a light beam is disclosed. The apparatus include an optical carriage having at least an optical system including an objective lens for converging a light beam onto a recording medium and a tracking/focusing actuator for moving the objective lens along a tracking/focusing direction of the recording medium. The apparatus further includes a linear motor for moving the optical head carriage radially of the recording medium and a wiring member extending from the tracking/focusing actuator and the linear motor. A fixing device is further provided so as to fix the wiring member to suppress movement of the optical head carriage in a case of an inoperative condition of the apparatus, such as during transportation.
