摘要: A harness clip includes a base portion having a leg portion for engagement with a rocker panel, a side wall portion standing on and extending from one side edge of the base portion, and a harness holding portion which is connected to the side wall portion through a hinge portion, and a lock portion for engagement with the base portion at a distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion. The distal end edge portion of the harness holding portion is formed into a substantially L-shape when viewed from an end surface thereof to provide an angular portion, and this angular portion is locked to the base portion in contacting relation to an upper surface of the base portion. Therefore, even when a load is applied to the harness clip, the harness can be stably held without canceling the engagement of the lock portion with the base portion.

摘要: A radiator 9 for electric parts use, which cools an inverter and others relating to the control of an electric motor, and a condenser 12 for condensing refrigerant are arranged in parallel with each other with respect to the direction of an air flow on an upstream side of the air flow of a radiator 8 for engine use. Due to the above arrangement, as the air temperatures at the inlets of the radiator 8 for electric parts use and the condenser 12 are low, a temperature difference between air and cooling water and a temperature difference between air and refrigerant are increased, and it becomes possible to enhance the performance of the radiator 8 for electric parts use and the condenser 12.

摘要: A heat exchanger and a production method thereof are disclosed. A through hole (17) is formed in a second header member (17) of a first refrigerant header tank (14) of segmentation type. A protrusion (20a) of a first connector (20) for pipe connection is deformed by being inserted into the through hole (17b) and thus tacked by engagement. Under this condition, the first header member (16) is fitted and tacked on the second header member (17) so that the first connector (20), the second head member (17) and the first head member (16) are integrally brazed and coupled. By doing so, the first connector (20) can be properly coupled to the first refrigerant header tank (14). Further, the first connector (20) can be tacked by engagement before the first refrigerant header tank (14) assumes a cylindrical shape, and therefore the workability of tacking the first connector (20) is improved.

摘要: A heat exchanger has a core including a plurality of tubes and a container disposed at an end of the core. The container has a tubular part and a cap part closing an end of the tubular part and defining a hole. The heat exchanger further has a pin for positioning. The pin extends through the hole of the cap part and to an outside of the container. The pin is bonded to the cap part with a brazing material. Further, the heat exchanger has a preliminary fixing portion by which the pin and the cap part are preliminarily fixed to each other before being bonded with the brazing material.

摘要: A heat exchanger includes a tank and a base plate, and each of the tank and the base plate is formed in a box shape having a U-shaped cross-section. The tank is connected to the base plate to close an end portion of an opening side of the tank using the base plate. Protrusion portions are provided inside a folded portion of the base plate in a lateral direction to be opposite to connection portions of first and second folded portions of the tank. Further, ribs are provided in the folded portion of the base plate in the lateral direction to increase stiffness of the base plate in a longitudinal direction thereof. Thus, connection portions of the tank and the base plate can be securely brazed.
