Abstract: One aspect of a rotor of the present invention includes: a rotor core rotatable about a central axis; and a rotor magnet fixed to an outer peripheral surface of the rotor core. The rotor magnet has a plurality of magnetized portions arranged along a circumferential direction in a Halbach array. The plurality of magnetized portions include a plurality of radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is a radial direction and a plurality of non-radially magnetized portions whose magnetization direction is different from the radial direction. The rotor core is a non-magnetic member that has a hole, recessed from a surface on one side in an axial direction of the rotor core to the other side in the axial direction and is made of a non-magnetic material. The hole is located on the radially inner side of the radially magnetized portion.

Abstract: A rotor used in an outer rotor motor includes a rotor holder in a tubular shape extending along a center axis, a rotor core in a tubular shape extending in an axial direction and being fixed to a surface of the rotor holder, directed radially inward, and permanent magnets bonded to an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core and side by side in a circumferential direction. The rotor core includes projection portions projecting radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the rotor core. One or more of the projection portions are in a gap between the permanent magnets adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction. Each of the projection portions has an axial length shorter than an axial length of each of the permanent magnets.

Abstract: A motor control system includes an inverter, and a control unit that feedback-controls the inverter. The control unit includes a voltage control unit that calculates a voltage command value indicating a voltage to be applied to the motor from the inverter based on a current deviation between a current command value and an actual current detection value, and a torque ripple compensation unit that adds a compensation value for compensating a torque ripple in the motor to a signal value on at least one of an upstream side and a downstream side in a signal flow passing through the voltage control unit. The torque ripple compensation unit calculates the compensation value based on an actual angular velocity at which the motor rotates and the target current command value, and based on advance angle control for compensating a response delay of the motor control system with respect to the compensation value.

Abstract: A stator includes: a stator core including teeth; pins including a working portion extending in an axial direction in a slot between the teeth; and bus bars electrically connected to the pins. In each slot, the working portions are disposed over stages in a radial direction. The pins include the two working portions across the teeth, first and second pins each including a connection portion connecting the working portion in a circumferential direction, and a third pin connected to the bus bar. The working portion of the second pin is disposed on one of the outermost and innermost stages of the slot, and the working portion of the third pin is disposed on one or the other of the outermost and innermost stages of the slot. A number of teeth straddled by the second pin is larger by two than a number of teeth straddled by the first pin.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a rotor includes a plurality of permanent magnets and a support supporting the permanent magnet. The support includes at least one of an outside support fixed to a radial outside of the outer cores to circumferentially support an end face of the permanent magnet from both sides and an inside support fixed to a radial inside of the outer cores to circumferentially support the end face of the permanent magnet from both sides. Each of the outer cores includes an opposite face parallelly opposed to the end face of the permanent magnet in the circumferential direction. The outside support and the inside support each includes a support face circumferentially supporting the end face. The support face is disposed on a side closer to a center line of the permanent magnet than the opposite face in the circumferential direction.

The operation controller uses, as the current command value, a q-axis current command value indicating a q-axis current in a rotational coordinate system of the motor, and also uses, as the current command value, at least temporarily a d-axis current command value indicating a d-axis current in the rotational coordinate system, and the torque ripple compensation generator calculates a phase difference of the compensation value with respect to the q-axis current command value according to an equation using the q-axis current command value and the d-axis current command value as variables.
