    Abstract: There are provided measures for enabling/realizing stationarity-based UE power saving, specifically network-assisted power saving at a terminal entity based on local stationarity monitoring and autonomous power saving mode switching. Such measures exemplarily include that a terminal entity operates in a normal power mode, including performing normal radio environment related measurements (such as regular radio resource management measurements and/or cell search measurements) and monitoring a stationarity condition with a local procedure and/or equipment, switches from the normal power mode to a power saving mode, if the locally monitored stationarity condition is satisfied, and operates in the power saving mode, including performing relaxed radio environment related measurements (such as relaxed radio resource management measurements and/or cell search measurements).

    Abstract: There is provided controlling radio channel measurements on radio channels of different wireless networks. A wireless communication device performs first radio channel measurements on a first radio channel of a first wireless communication network and second radio channel measurements on at least one second radio channel of a second wireless communication network. It is determined, on the basis of the first radio channel measurements and the second radio channel measurements, a relationship between the first radio channel and the at least one second radio channel. Measurement activity of the at least one second radio channel is controlled on the basis of at least the determined relationship and the first radio channel measurements.

    Abstract: Devices, methods and computer programs for timing advance variation compensation in wireless communications are disclosed Timing advance variation for a client device communicating with a network node device at least partially via an air/space born vehicle communication connection is determined based on measurements on uplink signaling from the client device. A timing advance compensation function curve from a set of predetermined timing advance compensation function curves is selected, such that the selected timing advance compensation function curve corresponds with the determined timing advance variation. An indication of the selected timing advance compensation function curve is signaled to the client device.
