Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for radio link capability exposure for ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC) and time sensitive communications (TSC). A method may include receiving, from a core network element, configuration of a reliability threshold for sending a failure report and/or a radio link capability report. The method may also include, when the reliability threshold is reached, sending a failure report to the core network element indicating that a required reliability cannot be fulfilled.
