    摘要: A board-to-board connector is disclosed. The connector comprises first and second connectors. The first connector has a first housing, a first terminal fitted therein, and is configured to be surface-mounted on a top surface of a first board. A fitting face thereof extends in a direction intersecting the top surface of the first board. The second connector has a second housing, a second terminal fitted therein and configured to make contact with the first terminal, and is configured to be surface-mounted on a top surface of a second board engaged with the first connector. A fitting face thereof extends in a direction intersecting the top surface of the second board. Either the first or second housing is provided with an insulating distance-procuring portion configured to protrude from a surface thereof and capable of procuring an insulating distance of the first or second terminal.

A write pulse voltage is applied to a discharge cell to be tested in a predetermined subfield, and the write pulse voltage is not applied to the discharge cell to be tested at least in a next subfield after the predetermined subfield.
