摘要: A method of making a transparent conductive material includes: preparing a reactive solution that contains a solvent, a metal salt which is dissolved in the solvent, and a powder of graphene oxide which is dispersed in the solvent; and simultaneously reducing metal ions of the metal salt and the graphene oxide in the reactive solution to form a plurality of core-shell nanowires, each of which includes a core of a metal reduced from the metal ions, and a shell of graphene surrounding the core.

摘要: A sensor device is adapted to detect glucose concentration in saliva of an object, and includes a conductive substrate, a polymer layer, and a carbon nanomaterial unit. The polymer layer is disposed on the conductive substrate and is made from conducting polymer. The carbon nanomaterial unit is disposed on the polymer layer and includes at least one carbon-nanotube layer. The saliva of the object is applied on the carbon nanomaterial unit and an enzyme is added to be mixed with the saliva to detect the glucose concentration in the saliva. A method for making the sensor device is also provided.

摘要: A calcined hierarchical porous composite includes a carbon-based material, a bio-carrier material including biflavonoid and triterpenoid, and a layered double hydroxide. The carbon-based material includes graphene oxide, reduced graphene oxide, and a combination thereof. The bio-carrier material includes biflavonoid and triterpenoid, and is configured for carrying the carbon-based material therein so as to form a precursor structure. The layered double hydroxide has phosphate-specific active sites, and is formed on the precursor structure. A method for making the calcined hierarchical porous composite is also disclosed.

The composite layer includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes randomly crossing one another, and a plurality of gold nanoparticles attached randomly to the carbon nanotubes. The modifying layer includes a plurality of reduced graphene oxide nanowebs separately attached to the composite layer.
