Abstract:
An endoscope cover attached in a lock state to a protruding lock portion of a distal framing portion of an insertion section of an endoscope, includes: a cover main body including an annular portion and which is attached to the distal framing portion along a longitudinal axis; a depressed lock portion provided on the cover main body and locked to the protruding lock portion of the distal framing portion; and a groove provided on a part including the proximal end of the annular portion and in which the protruding lock portion is configured to be located when the cover main body is turned with respect to the distal framing portion in the peripheral direction of the longitudinal axis and the protruding lock portion is unlocked from the depressed lock portion.
Abstract:
The cover removal tool of the endoscope includes an enclosure, which is a fit hole that is fitted to cover the distal end cover having a locking portion and mounted on the distal end assembly, which is provided at the tip of the insertion section. The cover removal tool is provided with a protrusion that protrudes inside the enclosure. When the cover removal tool is fitted with the distal end cover being into contact with its interior, the protrusion comes into contact with part of the edge of the opening of the distal end cover and pushes in the peripheral direction. As the edge of the opening is pressed while being twisted, the distal end cover is broken by plastic deformation, and the lock with the locking portion is thereby released.
Abstract:
An assist device includes: a connecting section communicatively connected to the channel; a holding section attached to an outer side of either the insertion section of the endoscope or an operation section connected to the insertion section; and a flexible section forming an insertion path through which the treatment instrument is inserted, and including an expansion-and-contraction section including a more deformable structure than any other parts in an entire length between one end and another end of the flexible section. The flexible section is connected to the connecting section at the one end and connected to the holding section at the another end.
Abstract:
An endoscope including an insertion portion which is provided with a channel to insert a treatment instrument therethrough, an operation portion which is operated the insertion portion, and an operation lever which holds and moves the treatment instrument to transmit force of the operation to the treatment instrument; and an assistant instrument which assists the movement of the treatment instrument, the assistant instrument comprising a flexible tube in which the insertion path is formed to insert the treatment instrument, a coupling portion which is formed so that the channel is coupled to the insertion path, and a holding portion which is attached to the vicinity of the other end of the flexible tube and which holds the operation portion so that the other end of the flexible tube faces toward the side where the operation lever is disposed.
Abstract:
A washing system includes a cylindrical body portion which is prepared for each kind of insertion portion and a supply hole portion which is provided in the body portion to communicate with the inside of the body portion and which supplies a fluid to an opening portion of an insertion portion housed in the body portion. The washing system includes a supply mechanism which is shared by the body portion corresponding to each insertion portion that is prepared which supplies the fluid to the supply hole portion and which is attachable to and detachable from the supply hole portion.
Abstract:
A transmission mechanism includes a pulling and pressing member including a distal end portion coupled with a raising stand and a proximal end portion coupled with a raising operation unit and a containing portion containing the pulling and pressing member with the distal end portion of the pulling and pressing member projecting therefrom. The transmission mechanism further includes an elastic member that the distal end portion side of the pulling and pressing member projecting from the containing portion is inserted into the cylindrical elastic member.
Abstract:
A conduit cleaning tool includes a long shaft. The shaft includes a linear first part and a second part arranged on a proximal end side with respect to the first part. The second part includes a plurality of bent portions bent to a corrugated shape in a predetermined direction with respect to a longitudinal direction N, and the plurality of bent portions are configured to rub an inner surface of the conduit.
Abstract:
A channel unit for an endoscope includes a conduit, a mounting member and a connection member having one end connected to the mounting member and another end connected to a distal end of the conduit, the connection member having flexibility and a variable length in a longitudinal direction, and a proximal end side fixing portion of the connection member is movable back and forth in the longitudinal direction with respect to a distal end side fixing portion of the connection member as the conduit moves back and forth in the longitudinal direction.
Abstract:
A distal end cover device includes: a distal end cover main body that is formed of a rigid material having insulation properties, and is fixed to an outer periphery of a distal end portion of an insertion portion in a removably attachable manner; a ring cover that is formed of a material having elasticity and insulation properties, and is fixed to outer peripheries of the distal end portion and the distal end cover main body in a removably attachable manner; a raising base provided to the distal end cover main body; a shaft portion that is provided to the distal end cover main body, and couples the raising base to the distal end cover main body in a displaceable manner (swingably); and an operation wire that is coupled to the raising base, and is configured to be pulled by an operator to move the raising base.
Abstract:
An endoscope includes: a distal-end constituting portion provided at a distal end portion of an insertion portion; a distal end cover attachable to and detachable from the distal-end constituting portion; a movable portion provided in the distal-end constituting portion; a connecting member provided at the movable portion; a pulling and relaxing member that drives the movable portion by being pulled or relaxed; a connecting body provided to the pulling and relaxing member, and attachable to and detachable from the connecting member, the connecting body being detachable from the connecting member in a state where the distal end cover is removed from the distal-end constituting portion; and a tube having flexibility through which the pulling and relaxing member is inserted, the tube including a distal end and a proximal end and being disposed in the distal end portion, the proximal end being detachably connected to the distal-end constituting portion.
