A method and a terminal are provided for commanding a set-up of a communication between the terminal and a group of terminals associated with one and the same shared public identity. The method includes a step of the terminal issuing, via a communication network, a communication request intended for the shared public identity; and a step of sending to a management server a request to obtain an item of information representing the number and the state of the terminals in the group of terminals associated with the shared public identity. Following reception of the item of information from the server, the terminal returns the item of information to a user of the terminal.
Abstract:
A communication method between a terminal transmitting a communication request and a receiving terminal is disclosed. The method includes the receiving terminal receiving the communication request, the communication request including a proposed communication mode for the requested communication. After a user interaction carried out on the receiving terminal indicating the selection of another communication mode different from the proposed communication mode, an acceptance message is sent to the transmitting terminal, the acceptance message including the other selected communication mode. After sending the acceptance message, the display of a display device associated with the receiving terminal is modified such that a communication interface relative to said other communication mode is displayed. Communication between the receiving terminal and the transmitting terminal then occurs according to the other communication mode, via the communication interface.

A method enables a plurality of users having communication terminals to communicate via a virtual communication space provided by a communication server on a communication network. The method includes configuring a server application so as to create a virtual communication space for a determined group of users. The virtual space provides a plurality of distinct communication modes referred to as “activities”, each activity relating to at least one associated multimedia content, referred to as “activity content” that is shared by the users of the group. Each activity is performed by determined actions that can be triggered by any of the users of the group. The actions includes at least creating, modifying, or deleting a given activity content. Action requests relating to an activity under consideration and coming from the terminals of the users of the group are processed in a sequential manner in the order of their arrival.

A method for interaction between a mobile terminal and a communicating automaton machine. The communicating automaton machine includes a conversational agent capable of exchanging messages with the terminal by using a first communication interface. The method includes obtaining a piece of information according to which the communicating automaton machine is in the vicinity of the terminal; inserting, in an address book of the terminal, an entry relating to the communicating automaton machine including at least the piece of information obtained; and sending at least one message capable of initializing an interaction between the terminal and the communicating automaton machine when the inserted address book entry is selected.
Abstract:
A control method implemented by a communication device. The control method includes: acquiring a current location and current capacities of a drone; selecting a destination point that can be reached by the drone according to the location and capacities thereof, the destination point being located in the coverage area of a point of access to a mobile communication network; and providing the drone with instructions specifying the destination point towards which the drone is to travel and communication operations to be carried out in connection with the mobile communication network. Once the instructions are obtained, the drone moves towards the destination point and performs the communication operation as soon as it reaches the destination point or as soon as the connection quality reaches a satisfying level.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus are provided for communicating text messages between a first terminal and at least one second terminal that are connected by a communications network. Initially, the terminals communicate according to a first mode in which all the characters of a validated message are transmitted at the validation of said message. Then, the terminals switch into a second communication mode in which each character of a message is transmitted following its introduction on a keypad. The switching from the first mode into the second mode takes place when a terminal, while it is introducing a message, receives at least one signal indicating the introduction of a character on the keyboard of the other terminal.

A method for updating at least one message exchanged in an instant messaging conversation between a terminal and a conversational agent. The at least one message includes at least one validity indicator and a user interaction element intended to be restored by the terminal. The method includes: detecting an event relating to obsolescence of at least one of the messages of the conversation; selecting, according to a feature of the detected event, at least one obsolete message of the conversation; modifying the validity indicator in the selected messages; and restoring modified messages depending on a value of the validity indicator.
