    Abstract: A handwriting system includes a light source module, an image sensing apparatus and a processing circuit. The light source module is configured to provide a light source to illuminate an object on a plane. The image sensing apparatus is disposed on the plane and configured to capture an image of the object reflecting light emitted by the light source. The processing circuit is electrically connected to the image sensing apparatus and configured to receive the image captured by the image sensing apparatus, analyze the shape of each of light spot(s) in the captured image and screen out the light spot(s) not conforming to the shape of the object. Another handwriting system and two handwriting system operation methods are also provided.

    Abstract: A handwriting system includes a first light source module, a second light source module, an image sensing device and a processing circuit. The first light source module is configured to provide a first light to illuminate an object on a plane. The second light source module is configured to provide a second light to illuminate the object on the plane, wherein the second light source module is disposed under the first light source module. The image sensing device is disposed above the plane and configured to capture an image of the object reflecting the first light only or an image of the object reflecting the first and the second lights both.     Abstract: An exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure provides a handheld pointer device and a tilt angle adjustment method thereof. The tilt angle adjustment method includes the following steps. Images corresponding to the position of a reference point are captured as the handheld pointer device pointing toward the reference point to generate a plurality of frames. Whether the reference point has substantially moved is subsequently determined based on the plurality of frames. When determines that the reference point has not substantially moved, causes an accelerometer unit of the handheld pointer device to detect the accelerations thereof over various axes so as to update a first tilt angle being used currently to a second tilt angle, accordingly. The handheld pointer device may thus accurately and efficiently calculate the relative position of the reference point with the appropriate tilt angle of the handheld pointer device used.

    Abstract: An optical tracking device includes a light source, an image sensor and a processing unit. The light source emits light at a lighting frequency.
