    Abstract: An analog-to-digital signal processing method applied for an image sensor includes: providing a global analog-to-digital converter (ADC) capable of converting analog signals of all pixels of a pixel array into digital signals; providing a column-parallel ADC capable of respectively converting a plurality of analog signals of a plurality of pixels on different columns of the pixel array into a plurality of digital signals by using a plurality of ADC circuits; and, dynamically selecting and switching to enable one of the global ADC and column-parallel ADC to perform analog-to-digital conversion for analog data/signals of pixels on the pixel array.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an image data sensing system comprising a controller and at least one image sensor connected in series. The controller comprises a control input port and a control output port. The controller transmits a command signal or a synchronizing signal to all image sensors via the control output port, and the image sensor transmits image data to the controller via the control input port. By this way, the number for the ports of the controller can be decreased. The present invention further provides a mechanism that the image sensor can operate at different timings if a number of the image sensor is more than one. The present invention also provides relative image sensing methods.

    Abstract: A vessel sensing device with automatic amendment function includes an analog processing circuit, a signal generating circuit and a DC voltage detecting circuit. The analog processing circuit includes an optical sensing module. An optical sensor of the optical sensing module generates an analog signal with a skin characteristic signal and a vessel characteristic signal according to an optical reflecting signal. The skin characteristic signal and the vessel characteristic signal respectively correspond to a skin feature and a vessel feature of the user. The signal generating circuit is coupled to the analog processing circuit to transform the analog signal into a compensation signal. The DC voltage detecting circuit is coupled to the signal generating circuit and adapted to compensate the analog processing circuit according to the compensation signal, so as to decrease the skin characteristic signal within the analog signal.

    Abstract: A force sensor device includes a first structure component, an optical sensor, and a flexible structure component. The optical sensor is disposed on the first structure component. The flexible structure component has a convex portion, and the flexible structure component is assembled with the first structure component to form a chamber in which the optical sensor is disposed. The optical sensor senses light ray transmitted from the flexible structure component to at least one pixel unit to generate at least one differential image and then detects a user's control force applied for the flexible structure component according to the at least one differential image. Differential image is temporal differential image, generated from successive pixel values of a single pixel unit, or is spatial differential image, generated based on temporal differential images of at least two neighboring pixel units.

    Abstract: A sensing pixel array used in an image sensor includes sensing pixel units each including a photodiode, a row reset transistor, a buffer transistor, and a column control transistor at least. Photodiode converts light into a sensing signal. Row reset transistor is coupled to a reference reset signal and photodiode, and is controlled by a row reset signal. Buffer transistor is coupled to the output of photodiode to receive and buffer the sensing signal. Column control transistor is electrically connected to the control end or the output of the buffer transistor and is used as a switch which can be closed or open according to a column control signal to control whether to transfer charge of the reference reset signal to a capacitor when the row reset transistor becomes conductive.

    Abstract: A signal amplifying circuit with noise suppression function includes a first circuit module and a second circuit module. The first circuit module includes a current source and a switch. The current source is connected to an input stage for inputting a current. The switch is connected to a first output terminal and adapted to switch the input stage and the first output terminal according to a chopping frequency. The second circuit module includes an equivalent capacitance disposed between an output stage and a second input terminal connected to the first output terminal. The signal amplifying circuit controls current volume of the current source and capacity value of the equivalent capacitance to accordingly adjust an interior frequency bandwidth of the signal amplifying circuit, and the interior frequency bandwidth is smaller than the chopping frequency and greater than an input signal of the input stage.
