    摘要: The invention relates to an x-ray diagnostics device having an x-ray tube for generating x-rays operated by a high voltage generator, having an x-ray detector for converting incident x-rays into electrical signals, having an image processing system and a control device for the duration of the x-ray pulse, in which parameters of the x-ray diagnostics device can be adjusted, with a computing unit being assigned to the control device, said computing unit determining the spatial frequency-dependent signal-to-noise ratio on the basis of the parameters and calculating therefrom the duration of the x-ray pulse and/or the remaining parameters required for a recording. The invention further relates to a method of this type for controlling the x-ray diagnostics device, in which the duration of the x-ray pulse is controlled such that the recognizability of relevant, moved objects is maximal.

    摘要: A method for correction of an x-ray image recorded with an x-ray device with an anti-scatter grid for effects of the anti-scatter grid is provided. The anti-scatter grid has a spatially periodically repeating geometrical embodiment, and a calibration image recorded without an imaging object is used. The calibration image and the x-ray image are transformed by a transformation into the position frequency space. In the position frequency space, adaptation parameters describing changes of the calibration image optimizing a measure of matching between the x-ray image and the calibration image are established. For correction, the adapted calibration image is subtracted from the x-ray image, and the x-ray image is transformed back into the position space again using an inverse of the transformation.

    摘要: A method is provided for determining a navigation image displaying features of a region of interest of a patient, (e.g., used during a medical intervention). The method includes determining a first subtraction image by recording a first X-ray image with an X-ray device and subtracting a mask image. The method also includes determining a second subtraction image by recording a second X-ray image with the X-ray device and by subtracting the mask image or a further mask image. Additionally, the navigation image is determined by superimposing the first and the second subtraction image. At least one of the subtraction images is preprocessed before the superimposition by transfer from a gray-value space into a color space that is different from a color space of the other subtraction image. The navigation image is determined in color and/or the dynamics of at least one of the subtraction images are compressed.
