Abstract: An alumina ceramic integrated hot press molding machine and working method thereof, including a pressing and hot pressing device fixed accordingly on a rack, a stirring device inside the hot pressing device, and a hot pressing mold above the hot pressing device; the pressing device enables one path of high-pressure air to act on the mold, and enables the other path to enter the hot pressing device, so the slurry flows into a cavity of the mold; the stirring device stirs the slurry inside the device, so alumina blanks are more evenly distributed therein; and temperature detection components for detecting the temperature of internal oil and the slurry at a slurry outlet are inside the hot pressing device, and the power of an electric heating device is adjusted and controlled in real time according to the temperature detected by the components, to achieve the purpose of accurate temperature control.

Abstract: A carbide blade cleaning device includes a water pressure cleaning device, an ultrasonic cleaning device and an air drying device. The water pressure cleaning device includes a cleaning chamber for accommodating a cutter head and a water jet mechanism with an output end facing the cutter head. The ultrasonic cleaning device includes a cleaning box and a cutter head fixing box with an opening in a side surface for accommodating the cutter head, and a first telescopic mechanism drives the cutter head fixing box to adjust a relative position to the cleaning box. The air drying device includes a cutter head fixing table and an air drying mechanism with an output end facing the cutter head fixing table.

Abstract: A system for machining and positioning an automobile hub and a production line for intelligent cleaning and precision including upper and lower mounting plates connected vertically. At least three U-shaped blocks are fixed on a top surface of the upper plate. An L-shaped support is mounted between every two blocks including a screw-equipped ball head disposed thereon. The support is driven by a first driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate. A slidable chuck is disposed in each block, with a push rod assembly connected to the bottom. The assembly is driven by a second driving apparatus to move along the upper mounting plate with the chuck. Three wedges are circumferentially fixed on a top surface of the lower plate and are driven by a third driving apparatus to move along the lower plate. Inclined surfaces of the wedges are mated with bottoms of the push rod assemblies.

The electrostatic nozzle comprises a nozzle core; an upper nozzle body is connected above the nozzle core; a free space is formed between the upper nozzle body and the nozzle core for storing compressed air and reducing pressure; a lower nozzle body is connected below the nozzle core; a gas-liquid mixing chamber, an acceleration chamber and a nozzle outlet are sequentially arranged inside the nozzle core from top to bottom; and micro-bulges are uniformly distributed on an inner wall of the acceleration chamber.

Abstract: A multi-procedure integrated automatic production line for hard alloy blades under robot control is provided. The production line includes a rail-guided robot. A cutter passivation device and a blade cleaning and drying device are arranged on one side of the rail-guided robot. A blade-coating transfer table, a blade coating device, a blade boxing transfer table, a blade-tooling dismounting device and a blade boxing device are sequentially arranged on another side of the rail-guided robot. The blade-tooling dismounting device is arranged on one side of the blade boxing transfer table. The production line further includes squirrel-cage toolings for carrying the blades. The squirrel-cage tooling that are loaded with the blades can run among the cutter passivation device, the blade cleaning and drying device, the blade-coating transfer table and the blade boxing transfer table. The blades after being treated through the blade-tooling dismounting device are sent to the blade boxing device.

It can store the tools, provide the lubricating oil to the milling surface, select different tools according to different processing conditions, select the best angle differences of the unequal spiral angle tools according to different conditions comprising dry cutting, casting-type lubrication, minimal quantities of lubrication or minimal quantities of nanofluid lubrication, and/or choose the optimal tool according to different cutting parameters in order to obtain the minimum milling force.

The device can separate, recover and reuse oil mist particles in the air.
