Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a first service associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM), the first service having a first priority. The UE may identify at least one re-prioritization condition that is satisfied, wherein the at least one re-prioritization condition is associated with at least one of the first service or a second service associated with a second SIM, the second service having a second priority that is lower than the first priority. The UE may adjust, based at least in part on the at least one re-prioritization condition being satisfied, the second priority, wherein the adjusted second priority is higher than the first priority. The UE may perform a communication corresponding to the second service based at least in part on the adjusted second priority. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects are provided allowing a MSIM UE to transmit a controlled pattern of fake HARQ-ACK and a controlled RLC status report in response to un-decoded data transmissions from a base station, while suspending SRS antenna switching during performance of an activity in a different network subscription, in order to relieve MCS penalties in response to such suspension while minimizing RLC holes. The UE sends a plurality of SRSs to a base station in a first network using a first SIM of the UE, where each of the SRSs is sent using a different antenna. The UE suspends SRS transmission from the different antennas while performing an activity in a second network using a second SIM of the UE. The UE sends a HARQ-ACK to the base station while the SRS transmission is suspended in response to at least one of a plurality of un-decoded data transmissions from the base station.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that a first subscription of the UE and a second subscription of the UE are associated with a same cell and are being used for a same radio access technology (RAT). The UE may activate a proxy subscription mode for the first subscription based at least in part on the determination that the first subscription of the UE and the second subscription of the UE are associated with the same cell and are being used for the same RAT, wherein the proxy subscription mode enables the UE to use the first subscription to perform one or more idle mode operations for the second subscription while the second subscription is in an idle mode. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) expedites cell reselection by reselecting a neighbor cell prior to call setup. In one instance, the UE measures a signal quality of a serving cell and a signal quality of the neighbor cell. The UE starts a reselection timer for reselecting the neighbor cell based on the measured signal quality of the serving cell and the measured signal quality of the neighbor cell. The UE reselects the neighbor cell prior to a scheduled expiration of the reselection timer.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may establish one or more wireless connections for different subscriptions with a base station. The UE may receive an indication of a temporary mobile subscription identifier (TMSI) from the base station during a registration procedure. The UE may calculate a paging occasion (PO) based on the TMSI and may determine the PO fails to satisfy a threshold timing value. The UE may transmit one or more registration request to trigger additional registration procedures in which base station may transmit a new TMSI. The UE may calculate an updated PO based on the new TMSI. The UE may periodically receive one or more paging messages from the base station in a set of POs based on calculating the updated PO.
