Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a first service associated with a first subscriber identification module (SIM), the first service having a first priority. The UE may identify at least one re-prioritization condition that is satisfied, wherein the at least one re-prioritization condition is associated with at least one of the first service or a second service associated with a second SIM, the second service having a second priority that is lower than the first priority. The UE may adjust, based at least in part on the at least one re-prioritization condition being satisfied, the second priority, wherein the adjusted second priority is higher than the first priority. The UE may perform a communication corresponding to the second service based at least in part on the adjusted second priority. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Various embodiments include methods and user equipment (UE) for mobile-terminated call handling when a latency-sensitive service (LSS) is active on the UE. Embodiments may include determining a radio access technology (RAT) used for a latency-sensitive service (LSS) currently active on the UE in response to receiving an MT call invitation and determining whether a latency-prone service command is received that includes service commands configured to change the determined RAT used for the LSS to another RAT likely to compromise the LSS. In response to determining that a latency-prone service command is received the MT call invitation may be rejected, but in response to determining that a latency-prone service command is not received, MT call alerting may be allowed.

The UE may initiate, on the first SIM, a communication to the caller identifier associated with the incoming voice call in concurrency with the ongoing data session. The UE may communicate using a second RAT for the second subscription of the UE, wherein the second RAT is selected from the group that includes the first cellular RAT associated with the first subscription, the second cellular RAT associated with the second subscription of the UE, and the WLAN RAT. The UE may transition, based at least in part on a condition, a communication link carrying a protocol data unit (PDU) session from the second subscription to the first subscription. Abstract: An OAM core network may receive a request for a ML/NN model and features associated with a ML/NN procedure. The OAM core network may determine a latest update to the ML/NN model and features based on the request and generate a response to the request indicative of the latest update to the ML/NN model and features. In aspects, a base station may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request for the ML/NN model and features to the OAM core network. The base station may receive the generated response of the OAM core network based on the transmitted request. In further aspects, a UE may initiate the request for the ML/NN model and features by transmitting the request to the base station, where the UE may receive the ML/NN model and features from the base station based on the transmitted request.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured with two subscriptions. The first subscription may support dual connectivity with one or more cell groups, such as a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG), while a second subscription may not support dual connectivity. Each subscription may support communications with one or more radio access technologies (RAT). The UE may use the protocol stack for a RAT in the first subscription to receive idle-mode signaling, such as one or more paging messages, from the second subscription using the same RAT.

The UE may determine, based on detecting the subscription related data stream, to switch the data traffic from the first SIM to the second SIM based at least in part on a UE operation mode.
