摘要: Aspects relate to paging optimizations in relay operations. A remote UE may provide one or more paging identifiers identifying the remote UE to one or more relay UEs over respective relay links therebetween. Each relay UE may provide the paging identifier(s) of the remote UE to a respective serving radio access network (RAN) node, which may further provide the paging identifier(s) of the remote UE to an anchor RAN node and/or core network node to optimize paging of the remote UE. For example, paging of the remote UE may be limited to the cell(s) including the relay UE(s). The remote UE may further be configured to select to receive the paging message from one of the relay UEs or may receive the paging message from each of the relay UEs. A relay UE may further transmit a page reject message to reject a paging message.

摘要: Wireless communications systems and methods related to multiplexing a sidelink-synchronization signal block (S-SSB) transmission with a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH)/physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) transmission for occupancy channel bandwidth (OCB) fulfilment are provided. A user equipment (UE) determines a multiplex configuration for multiplexing a sidelink transmission with a S-SSB transmission in a sidelink bandwidth part (BWP). The UE communicates, in the sidelink BWP during a sidelink slot, the S-SSB transmission and the sidelink transmission are communicated by multiplexing the sidelink transmission and the S-SSB transmission based on the multiplex configuration.

For example, a UE may transmit, to an AN, a request to establish a RRC connection with a PN, and the AN may further transmit, to the PN, the request received from the UE to establish the RRC connection with the PN. After receiving the request, the PN may transmit, to the AN, one or more RRC connection parameters for the RRC connection with the UE, and the AN may further transmit, to the UE, the one or more connection parameters received from the PN for establishing the RRC connection with the PN. Based on the one or more parameters received from the AN, the UE may establish the RRC connection with the PN.

摘要: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for radio link failure recovery and beam failure recovery on a secondary cell group (SCG) in dormancy state. In an example, a user equipment (UE) may determine the UE has entered a dormant state with respect to the SCG of a secondary node (SN) having a primary SCG cell (PSCell). The UE may monitor the PSCell to detect a beam failure or a radio link failure while the UE is in the dormant state with respect to the SCG. The UE may transmit, to the SN, a report based on the beam failure or the radio link failure on the PSCell being detected.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating using sidelink resources allocated in an unlicensed spectrum. A method that may be performed by a first UE includes establishing a connection with a second UE for sidelink communication in an unlicensed spectrum and communicating with the second UE via the connection using one or more sidelink sub-channels in the unlicensed spectrum according to a mapping between sidelink sub-channels and resource block (RB) sets of the unlicensed spectrum, wherein the unlicensed spectrum comprises a plurality of RB sets and one or more guard bands disposed between RB sets in the plurality RB sets.
