    Abstract: A device for a computing system is disclosed. The device includes a body, a socket, and a connector. The body includes a panel and an internal conduit. The connector extends from the panel. The connector is removably coupled to the socket. The connector includes an outer end and an inner end. The connector also includes a nut that has an exterior surface mating with a corresponding interior surface of the socket, and a tubular inlet. The connector also has a sleeve with an internal bore and an external surface abutting the tubular inlet of the nut. The internal conduit is coupled to the inner end of the connector to circulate cooling liquid through the body. The nut includes an angled portion and the sleeve includes a flared portion for assisting in securing the nut and the sleeve in the internal conduit.

    Abstract: A system having a rack, an input manifold, an output manifold, and a drain manifold is installed. The rack is configured to support a computing device. The input manifold, the output manifold, and the drain manifold are each configured to be fluidly coupled to the housing. When the computing device is in a first position relative to the rack, the input manifold and the output manifold are fluidly coupled to the housing and the drain manifold is disconnected from the housing. When the computing device is in a second position relative to the rack, the input manifold and the output manifold are disconnected from the housing and the drain manifold is fluidly coupled to the housing. When the computing device is in a third position relative to the rack, the input manifold, the output manifold, and the drain manifold are disconnected from the housing.

    Abstract: Fan modules and motors are disclosed. The fan motor includes a bearing holder having a first bearing holder end and a second bearing holder end.     Abstract: An equipment assembly for cooling heat-generating electrical components is disclosed. The assembly includes a housing for containing a heat-generating electrical component. The housing includes an open end having a planar area. A closed-loop liquid cooling system includes a liquid coolant conduit in proximity to the heat-generating electrical component. The conduit allows circulation of a liquid coolant to extract heat from the heat-generating electrical component. A heat exchanger is fluidly coupled to the liquid coolant conduit to extract heat from circulated liquid coolant within the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a shaped front facing the open end of the housing. The surface area of the shaped front is greater than the planar area of the open end. An air flow system propels ambient air through the shaped front of the heat exchanger.

    Abstract: A cooling fan assembly is provided which includes a fan housing and an axial fan. The fan housing has a shroud panel with cutout portions along the airflow path of the axial fan. Fixed members separate the cutout portions. Flap members are attached to the fixed members so that the flap members can pivot between an open position and a closed position. The flap members are pushed by airflow from the axial fan into an open position when the fan is operational. When the fan is non-operational or when air begins to enter the fan in the reverse direction of the axial fan's airflow path, the flap members are configured to move to a closed position. In the closed position, air cannot flow through the reverse direction of the axial fan's airflow path.

    Abstract: A streamlined air baffle for efficiently directing air flow from a fan unit to a heat sink is disclosed. The streamlined air baffle has a top cover plate and a pair of side walls. The side walls are connected to the top cover plate. The top cover plate and one end of the side walls define an inlet.     Abstract: A mounting system for an electronic device is disclosed. The mounting system includes a mounting plate; a plurality of fasteners for coupling the mounting plate with the electronic device; a single main gear mounted on the mounting plate; a plurality of secondary gears coupled, respectively, to the plurality of fasteners; and a plurality of intermediate gears mounted on the mounting plate and rotationally coupled between the single main gear and the plurality of secondary gears.
