    摘要: A plunger (4) having engaging means and a lever (5) are arranged in a body (1). The lever has a first pivot that is stationary with respect to the body in the direction of an axis, a second pivot, and a third pivot formed by an engaging element of the lever. The pivots are arranged in such a manner that a rotation of the lever with respect to the first pivot moves the second pivot and the third pivot in the same direction with respect to the axis. The engaging element and the engaging means are shaped such that the lever is disengaged from the plunger when the second pivot is moved relatively to the plunger in the proximal direction (30), and the plunger is engaged with the lever when the second pivot is moved in the distal direction (20).

    摘要: The present invention relates to an assembly for a drug delivery device comprising a proximal end, a distal end and a moveable member, a dose member, a fixed member and coupling means, wherein in a first state, the moveable member is moveable in an axial direction with respect to the fixed member and the dose member and the coupling means retains the dose member to the fixed member, and wherein in a second state of the assembly, the moveable member is permanently connected with the dose member by means of the coupling means and the dose member is released from the fixed member and the assembly is configured to set and dispense a dose of a fluid medicinal product out of an assembled cartridge by movement of the dose member. Furthermore it relates to a method for setting-up a drug delivery device.

    摘要: A drug delivery device (4) for dispensing one or more doses of a drug is provided. The device (4) comprises a drive member (1) for driving a piston rod (5) and a dose member (46) for actuating the drive member (1). The piston rod (5) is coupled to the drive member (1) such that a relative translational movement of the drive member (1) and the piston rod (5) is allowed and a relative rotational movement is prevented. The drive member (1) is configured to be driven by the dose member (46) around the longitudinal axis in a first (110) and a second rotational direction (111) opposite to each other. Furthermore, a drug delivery device (4) is provided, wherein the drive member (1) has stable and unstable states and wherein in an unstable state the drive member (1) is biased by biasing means (3) towards a stable state.
