    摘要: The invention relates to an injector for the fuel supply of an internal combustion engine, in particular in a motor vehicle. The injector has a piezoactuator for activating and/or actuating at least one nozzle needle to control the injection of fuel under high pressure through at least one nozzle spray hole. The piezoactuator is arranged with its shaft disposed in an actuator chamber of an injector body, and a high-pressure path directing the fuel under high pressure to at least one nozzle spray hole passes through the actuator chamber. In the injector according to the invention, the piezoactuator has an actuator foot at an end remote from the nozzle needle. The actuator foot has a sealing contour facing the nozzle needle and fitting in a sealing seat formed on the injector body remote from the nozzle needle.

The actuator includes an actuator body in the form of a multilayer laminate of stacked layers of piezoelectric material and intervening metallic or electrically conductive layers acting as electrodes. One bottom plate toward the valve and an opposed top plate are mounted on each of the end faces of the actuator body. The piezoelectric actuator is characterized in that the actuator body on each of its end faces has one piezoelectrically inactive cover layer and that the connection faces of the bottom plate and the top plate which adjoin the end faces of the actuator body have fixation elements that grip the cover layers, for at least nonpositive fixation of the cover layers of the actuator body.

    摘要: A valve for controlling fluids, which is provided with a fluid-filled coupling chamber that is disposed between an actuator piston of a piezoelectric actuator and a piston that actuates a valve member. In order to compensate for a leakage in the coupling chamber that is intermittently under high pressure during a switching procedure, a filling valve is provided that is disposed radially on the coupling chamber, but outside the chamber, and this valve monitors an inflow from an inlet conduit that is under ambient pressure in the valve. In this manner, on the one hand, the clearance volume produced by the attachment of the filling valve is very small and on the other hand, the filling valve is independent of the accelerated movements of the pistons, i.e., independent of their acceleration forces. The valve is designated for use in fuel injection devices for internal combustion engines of motor vehicles.

    摘要: A fuel injection system for internal combustion engines is proposed which supplies fuel injection valves with fuel from a high-pressure fuel source, under the control of a control unit. The fuel injection valve has an injection valve member, whose opening or closing position is determined by a pressure that acts upon this injection valve member and that is set in a control chamber. To that end, to perform an injection, the pressure in the control chamber must be relieved; which is achieved with a control valve that opens two different outflow cross sections of an outflow conduit of the control chamber in succession. This makes it possible to accomplish an adapted opening of the fuel injection valve member for a preinjection and for a main injection.
