The electronic device includes an outer housing including a portion including a base including a non-conductive material and a plurality of islands formed on or above the base, wherein the plurality of islands include metallic materials, wherein the plurality of islands are spaced apart from each other, and wherein the plurality of islands form a two-dimensional (2D) pattern. Provided are a cover having a metallic grid structure and a method for manufacturing the cover. The cover includes a pattern portion formed of a metallic material, in which a plurality of patterns are independently disposed spaced apart from each other and an injection portion disposed between pattern portions to connect the pattern portions, the injection portion being formed of a non-metallic material. The method includes forming a pre-pattern portion including patterns in a regular or irregular form and a bridge connecting the patterns on a metallic plate, forming the injection portion on the pre-pattern portion by insert-injection or thermo-compression press, and removing the bridge.

The front cover includes a left bent portion and a right bent portion on the left and right of the planar portion at the center of the front cover.

A method for manufacturing a housing of an electronic device includes molding an inner member by injecting resin into an injection mold, extracting the inner member from the mold, forming or disposing a conductive pattern on a surface of the inner member, inserting the inner member comprising the conductive pattern into another injection mold, and molding a periphery member that encloses at least a portion of the inner member by injecting resin to the other injection mold, wherein rigidity or stiffness of the inner member is higher than that of the periphery member. The electrical connector is configured to electronically connect the first circuit board and the second circuit board.
