Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a first image sensor, a second image sensor electrically connected to the first image sensor, and a processor operatively connected to the first image sensor and the second image sensor. The processor may be configured to generate first image data using the first image sensor and generate second image data using the second image sensor based on a synchronizing signal, transmit the second image data generated by the second image sensor to the first image sensor, and control the first image sensor to generate and output image data by processing the first image data and the second image data based on the synchronizing signal.

Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a processor and an image sensor module electrically connected to the processor, wherein: the image sensor module comprises an image sensor and a control circuit, which is electrically connected to the image sensor and is connected to the processor by an interface; the control circuit is set so as not to compress at least one image acquired from the image sensor according to a first readout speed, but to transmit the same to the processor, and to compress at least one image acquired from the image sensor according to a second readout speed that is faster than the first readout speed and to transmit the same to the processor; and the processor can be set so as to acquire a first image set by using the image sensor according to a predetermined readout speed, compare at least two images included in the first image set, set, as either the first readout speed or the second readout speed, the readout speed corresponding to the image sensor on the basis of the result of the comparison of the at least two images included in the first image set, and acquire a second image set according to either the set first readout speed or second readout speed, by using the image sensor. Additional various embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An infrared (IR) cut filter includes an absorption type filter, a first coating layer, and a second coating layer. The absorption type filter absorbs IR light of a first wavelength band. The first coating layer is formed on a first side of the absorption type filter and passes visible light and reflects a part of the IR light. The second coating layer is formed on a second side of the absorption type filter and reflects a remaining part of the IR light that passes through the first coating layer and enters the absorption type filter. The absorption type filter further absorbs the IR light of a second wavelength band within the absorption type filter. In addition, a camera module having the IR cut filter is provided and an electronic device having the camera module also is provided.
