Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for group communication. In more detail, the present invention relates to a method and apparatus for allowing a terminal to participate in group communication effectively on the move, and a communication method of a base station in a mobile communication system according to the present invention includes receiving Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) bearer information including a QoS parameter from a Multi-cell/multicast Coordination Entity (MCE); updating bearer information for a terminal using the received MBMS bearer information; making a handover decision of the terminal and transmitting a handover request message including the MBMS bearer information to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) or a second base station which does not support MBMS; transmitting a handover command message from the second base station to the terminal; and forwarding MBMS data to the second base station during a predetermined period. The group communication service reception method and apparatus of the present invention is advantageous in that a terminal participated in group communication is capable of receiving the group communication service seamlessly, even when the terminal enters an area not supporting MBMS, by switching the communication path to a Point-To-Point (PTP) communication path quickly.

In an aspect, a network device, acquires at least one of or more profiles encrypted with a first password key and one or more first password keys encrypted with a second password key; and when profile installation for the eUICC starts, transmits to, at least one eUICC, the one or more encrypted profiles and the one or more encrypted first password keys, wherein, prior to the transmission, each first password key is re-encrypted with a third password key for installation by the corresponding one or more eUICCs.

Abstract: A method for selecting an access network in a terminal of a mobile communication system according to one embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: if traffic is generated in the terminal, selecting an access network according to the characteristics of the generated traffic and network selection policy information; and transmitting and receiving the generated traffic via the selected access network. According to the embodiment, the present invention adjusts priorities of accesses given to users and applications in a wireless communication system including heterogenerous networks, thereby reducing processes for reselecting an access network of a user terminal, and reducing the cases of unnecessarily accessing a network having a low priority or requiring high costs for a long time. Therefore, the present invention can enhance user convenience and improve communication efficiency.

Abstract: Disclosed are: a communication method for incorporating an IoT technique with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than that of a 4G system or a subsequent system; and a system therefor. A method for transmitting and receiving a signal by a base station in a mobile communication system comprises the steps of: receiving a handover request message including a first information related to a device-to-device (D2D) service for a handover target terminal; and allocating D2D resources to the terminal based on the handover request message. A communication method and device of the base station and network equipment in the mobile communication system, according to the present invention, can quickly provide, to the base station to which the terminal moves, a D2D service authorized indication of the terminal for a PLMN provided from the base station of a region to which the terminal moves, even though the terminal moves to the region at which the different PLMNs are provided, and can allow the terminal to endlessly use the services, since the terminal is allocated with the resources for the D2D services during the movement thereof.
