Abstract: A vector sum circuit and a phase controller including the vector sum circuit are provided. The vector sum circuit includes an amplifier configured to amplify an input orthogonal signal by using a first metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET), and a self body-biasing circuit comprising a resistor. The self body-biasing circuit is configured to connect a drain and a body of the first MOSFET to reduce a voltage connected to the body as a current at the drain increases.

The wireless power transmitting apparatus according to an example embodiment comprises: a power amplifier; a coil connected to the power amplifier and configured to generate an electromagnetic field based on power received from the power amplifier; an impedance sensing circuit connected between the power amplifier and the coil; at least one auxiliary coil electromagnetically coupled to the coil; and a controller, wherein the controller may be configured to: identify a change in impedance, from a signal sensed through the impedance sensing circuit, and adjust an operation setting of the at least one auxiliary coil based on the identified change in impedance.

Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises: a receiving circuit for outputting an AC power received wirelessly; and a rectifier circuit for rectifying the AC power being output from the power receiving circuit. The rectifier circuit comprises a forward rectifier circuit and a reverse rectifier circuit. A first terminal of the forward rectifier circuit is connected to the receiving circuit and the reverse rectifier circuit, a second terminal of the forward rectifier circuit is connected to an output terminal, and the forward rectifier circuit comprises first transistors for rectifying the AC power during a first period. A first terminal of the reverse rectifier circuit is connected to the receiving circuit and the forward rectifier circuit, a second terminal of the reverse rectifier circuit is connected to a ground, and the reverse rectifier circuit can comprise second transistors for preventing the AC power from being transmitted to the forward rectifier circuit during a second period.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a variable wireless power transmitter including a plurality of resonators and a method of controlling the variable wireless power transmitter. A wireless power transmitter of the disclosure may include: a housing; a power amplifier disposed inside the housing; a first resonator including at least one coil and fixed to a first portion of the housing; a second resonator including at least one coil, rotatably disposed at a second portion of the housing, and configured to form a variable angle with the first resonator; a sensor configured to sense a shape change based on rotation of the second resonator; a controller configured to: identify a shape change of the first resonator and the second resonator based on a signal sensed by the sensor, identify whether impedance is matched for the first resonator or the second resonator based on the identification of the shape change, and generate a control signal for impedance matching for the first resonator or the second resonator based on identifying that the impedance is not matched; and a matching circuit including at least one coil and at least one capacitor, electrically coupled between the power amplifier and the first resonator, and configured to perform impedance matching based on the control signal received from the controller.
